Coral Cottage is our beach townhouse located in Seacrest, Florida. It is right on 30A and is a bike ride away from Aly's beach, Rosemary beach and a short drive to Seaside. Our private beach access is only a few steps away (see picture below). This area of Seacrest is very peaceful and has a neighborhood feel. The beach never gets crowded so you don't have to deal with any over crowding. It is a quiet and convenient location with short access to nearby towns.
Our townhouse has 2 bedrooms (King, full and twin) and 2.5 bathrooms with a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Each bedroom has a full bathroom making it very convenient and comfortable for everyone.This unit can sleep 5 people comfortably and we also provide a pack and play for little ones. We have three TVs and high speed internet provided. The unit also has a heavy duty/super capacity full size washer and dryer. The unit has two balconies and two patios for hanging outside in the nice Florida weather. Our living room balcony has a dining table. Our master bedroom patio has a swing and a seating area. We provide beach chairs and lots of sand toys.

Spring break 2023

Overall very happy. I wish communication about the agreement was known prior to not being refundable. I felt the agreement was very strict. I realize they owners don’t want parties but I have never stayed in a place so restrictive. There was also a camera monitoring that felt restrictive but I was glad we were informed prior to arriving.

Great spot for family of 4

We found Juana’s place for a last minute long weekend. The value can’t be beat! Easy walk across the street to the beach and easy/bike down to Alys or Rosemary. Very nice to not have to bring along beach chairs & towels (4). Perfect for a family of 4. Thanks Jauna!

Had a great vacation in this wonderful property

The property is very clean, well maintained and stocked. The beds are all comfortable. The location is great! It is a short bike ride into Seacrest, but just far enough not to have to fight the Seacrest and Rosemary traffic. The private beach access is so close too. Juana is very easy to communicate with and is a great host. Thanks so much!

Second stay- highly recommend!

This was our second stay at the Coral Cottage, and we couldn’t recommend it enough! It’s in a quiet/secluded little complex with a short 2 minute walk to a beautiful beach! The condo is super cozy and we love that they have beach supplies and toys!

Nice and convenient

Great stay! Such a short walk to the beach so great for carrying beach gear and breaks. Area was nice and quiet with central access to shopping and dining too. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms clean and Juana was very responsive. Overall a very comfortable and convenient stay!

We had an excellent stay. The place was clean and as described and pictured.

The beach was right across the street and private, so it was very relaxing and fun. The condo was everything it was supposed to be. We loved it!!

Lovely cottage in a great location

Absolutely no complaints! The cottage was very nice and clean. Perfect for our stay. Beach access was across 30A, but not really a big deal. Beach was perfect, not overcrowded. Plan to stay here again!

Great access to Quiet beach

We enjoyed our stay. The best part of the stay was the location and access to the beach. We were able to walk to the beach easily and even in the prime of the summer we felt as though we almost had the beach to ourselves.

I can’t say enough good things about our experience! The property was clean and well furnished! Communication with the property owner was excellent and very prompt! We had a fabulous time! The location was great and the beach was just steps away! I would highly recommend it! I would very definitely rent again! Everything was just lovely!

It was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our week long baseball tournament.

We were close enough to Panama City Beach for our baseball tournament but also right along 30-A to enjoy all the shops, restaurants and beaches in that area.

Great Spot for a Family Getaway

Coral Cottage was a great "home base" for our family vacation. The space itself was very clean and it had all the amenities for our family of five. One of the favorite parts of the trip for six-year-old and four-year-old was the bunk beds. :) The upstairs loft is spacious and relaxing, and the kitchen made it easy to come home from the beach for lunch. Concerning the space itself, the proximity to the beach is a major advantage. When I watched the video on the listing, I thought that the walk to the beach would take a few minutes, but in reality it is a super short walk. Moreover, the beach access is private, so you don't have to worry about overcrowding. This was exactly what we were looking for as a family–a low-key and relaxing atmosphere. As I mentioned earlier, the proximity to the beach is a major time and cost-saver for meals. Of course, we did drive out a couple of times to eat at restaurants, but the restaurants on 30A are going to be a little more pricey and the run-of-the-mill chains are 20+ minutes out. Having a place so close to the beach gave us the option for a quick turnaround on meals, so we could get back to the beach quickly. Finally, Juana was a great host. She communicated with us before, during, and after our stay. She wanted to make sure we had all that we needed, and she facilitated an early check-in for us. Working with her was easy and stress-free. Thank you, Juana, for facilitating so well our family's first trip to the beach!

Great Vacation

We had a great stay at this beautiful condo. The place is spacious, well equipped and nicely maintained. The beach proximity made the logistics so simple and the hosts made themselves available for anything we needed. Hope to be back soon!
