The aforementioned Lake Powell is perfect for fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and paddleboarding, while the ocean will have you skimming the waves on your boogie board as you keep a lookout for a glimpse of magical marine life.

As you head out to explore the greater area, St. Andrews State Park is ½ hour away and offering many oceanfront trails, or you can venture to Pine Log State Forest or Conservation Park where inland trails and boardwalks are perfect for walking, hiking, and bicycling amid the trees and marshland.
