Communication with the host was fantastic. This property is very well maintained. The owners put a lot of thought into the decor and comfort of this home.

This is a great find! Perfect location just past Rosemary and Alys Beaches and 5 minutes from a Publix. May have been the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed at. Well stocked with supplies, comfortable beds, washer and dryer etc.. Will definitely check for availability the next time I visit the beaches of 30A.

I absolutely loved this home and its convenient location on 30A. It was close to everything I wanted to see and do, making it the perfect base for my vacation. The home was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described in the listing. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and made the entire stay seamless. From check-in to check-out, everything exceeded my expectations. I had a wonderful experience and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!.

Kevin and Chris were fantastic hosts! They were extremely helpful and communicative, making the whole process smooth and easy. Not only is their home beautiful, it was supplied with everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The surrounding area was family friendly and relaxed and the private beach was SO close and absolutely stunning. Our experience was truly a 10 out of 10 and we hope to return again next year!

Perfect space for our family of four. The space was clean and exactly as pictured. The private beach across the street was wonderful- not crowded at all and perfect for our littles to run, play, and be loud without disturbing other families. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Would love to book again in the future.

Great location

We have stayed here multiple times and have enjoyed it every vacation. The owners are fantastic, the location is perfect for getting around, and the unit is clean and well set up for a beach trip.

Very nice and clean place, very close to beach, private beach is big plus, quite neighborhood, definitely consider this property if we plan another trip.

We had the best time! So clean and perfect for a small family. Minutes from everything we wanted to do. The flights of steps to the beach each day were a task but once we were on the beach it didn’t matter. The water was crystal blues and emeralds. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place for a week stay near beach, 30a trail, rosemary & alys beach areas. Convenient to stores and restaurants. Very clean, good living/kitchen space and nice outside deck. Hosts responsive and provided helpful info. Will surely stay here again if I visit the area again.
