Breathtaking ocean views can be had from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and master bedroom in this updated beachfront condo in Fernandina Beach on world renown Amelia Island. You're just steps from the award-winning beach where you can sunbathe, surf, fish, enjoy jogging or leisurely walks, or just watch the kids build sandcastles. Located just off the coast of northeast Florida, Amelia Island is easy to reach, but hard to forget. With 13 miles of beautiful beaches, abundant native wildlife, and pristine waters, this barrier island has long been a beloved destination for visitors and residents alike.

This convenient first floor end unit with desirable southern exposure features a spacious master bedroom with ocean-facing windows and king bed. The second bedroom contains two twin beds. Fully-equipped and well stocked kitchen with a washer-dryer. Free Wi-Fi, high definition cable TV (two flat screen TVs) and telephone. A private boardwalk shower is available to rinse off the saltwater and sand. The condo has ground level covered parking.

Local owner takes pride in providing the best vacation experience possible. Just a few of the many updates to this unit include: Premium grade luxury vinyl plank flooring, all new paint, new Sealy Posturepedic Performance king size mattress, new sofa and chair in living room, and new electrical wiring to allow for ceiling fan installation in living room and bedrooms (just to name a few)..

Wonder Beach View

Great place to stay for an ocean view. They have a new elevator which worked great. Candice & Phil were great hosts. We had to contact them only once but they solved the problem quickly! Would stay here again for sure.

Amazing view

You cannot get any closer to the ocean! The best part of this property is the balcony with bar height chairs that allow unobstructed views over the railing to the surf. Responsiveness of the owner was over and above! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We have absolutely loved all of our stays at this beautiful condo and can’t recommend it enough! You truly can’t get any more oceanfront than this. It’s always wonderful to have the options to either walk directly onto the beach, which is just steps away, or enjoy the ocean views from the shaded balcony. No matter what the weather, you can enjoy a beachfront experience. The balcony is also perfect for oceanfront dining, which guests can make as informal or formal as they wish without having to worry about things like long wait times and noisy restaurants. The ocean views from the entire front of the apartment are astounding. You can enjoy the beach with home comforts while doing a variety of activities, even when you don’t walk directly onto the beach. The hosts are wonderful and put a lot of thought and effort into taking care of their guests to ensure they have a fantastic trip. We’ve enjoyed five family vacations at this condo and are already looking forward to our sixth!

Great location on the ocean!

This condo unit at Coral Sands was perfect for our first visit to Amelia Island! Everything was clean with comfortable furnishings, and just as pictured. We enjoyed the 1st floor balcony view and ocean sounds - a great place for our morning coffee and relaxing in the evening. The kitchen was well equipped. And we appreciate the extras like kitchen towels, soaps, paper towels, coffee and filters. They provide beach towels, chairs and umbrella plus there is easy access to the beach. Made the sunny days easy to experience. The condo is just a short drive from the lovely historic downtown of Fernandina Beach, with lots of shops and restaurants. Great location! We had good communication with the hosts to answer a few questions. We would love to spend time here again! Overall our mini-vacation to Amelia Island was very enjoyable.

Great Beach front property

Beautiful View but

Very disappointed in condition of unit. Black mildew on bathroom sink plug, bath towels were thin and old, no dishcloth in kitchen, stove’s electric burners were all uneven, food slid to one side of the pan, and dollar store utensils. The kitchen faucet was in need of repair as it seemed ready to come apart at any time. The unit had no insulation either in the floor which was always cold or the ceiling. Very noisy due to tenants upstairs, and construction in parking area. The thermostat stopped at 70 degrees and it was cold and very windy in February, so we were always trying to stay warm. The view and proximity to beach was wonderful. I always look for five star reviews before I book, this had many, and I don’t consider myself to be fussy but this was NOT worth what we paid for it.

Property clean and convenient to everything including bike trails ,dining and ocean/beach we have been to Amelia a few times in the past and would return again We are only about 2 hours north so very easy to get to

We loved our time in this unit. It was great being right on the beach, and it had everything we needed for me, my wife, and our two young daughters to enjoy our stay.

Great Location

Candace was very responsive. She left her cell number to call or text if there were any problems. Property was just as described. The bed was very comfortable, great location on the beach, and only a short drive to great shops and restaurants. Parking is a little tight, but we had no problems finding a spot. The stove is out dated, It took 10-15 minutes just to boil water. Overall it was a great vacation spot!

Perfect Getaway!

Lovely and comfortable accommodations. Wonderful porch overlooking the wide, beautiful beach. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Quiet residential area. Perfect place to rest and enjoy beach life!

Nice property, convenient, clean, well stocked, and would book again. One of the biggest positives was the communication and attentiveness of the host. She was responsive, communicated clearly, and offered easy to understand arrival/departure instructions. We wish we could have stayed longer…

Perfect for family stay

We recently stayed here with our toddler son. The location was absolutely perfect, right on an uncrowded beach! We saw beautiful sunrises each morning from the balcony. The condo was well equipped and had everything our family needed. We were able to cook most of our meals there. We appreciated the extras included, like the high chair and sand toys. One thing to note for future families is that the bathroom has a shower/bath combo but due to the drain cover installed we weren't able to actually fill the bath for our young son so we had to hose him down with the sprayer. It wasn't a big deal though. I would recommend this condo for any families to stay at.

Can’t get a better location on Fernandina Beach. Condo was older but clean. Owner was excellent to communicate with Had some hiccups in the beginning… but worked out.

great value in an awesome location!

This was our first trip to Amelia Island and we can't wait to come back! Candace was a gracious and responsive host. The condo was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. We had a wonderful time searching for shark teeth, spotting dolphins from the balcony and enjoying the beach and quaint downtown. Thank you for a great stay!

What a View!

This was our first visit to Amelia Island and it did not disappoint! Our week in this comfortable condo was wonderful! From amazing sunrises to daily walks on the beach, this was a very memorable vacation and we hope to return again and again.! Thanks Candace for everything!

Relaxing January

Great location on the beach and close to downtown Fernandina Beach. The condo was comfortable with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. The stove is electric and dated; however, other appliances are fine. Amelia Island is a wonderful vacation location.

Perfect location in Fernandina Beach
