When you stay at this amazing architecturally designed home, you will be steps from beautiful Tamarack Beach and 50 yards from Agua Hedionda lagoon and trails. This property offers multiple outdoor spaces and features a rooftop deck complete with cozy seating, fire ring and Jacuzzi. Spacious private master suite with King memory foam bed,2 sided gas fireplace, and sitting area. Bedroom 2 has Queen memory foam bed. Bedroom 3 has a Queen bed. Loft area has full fold out sofa. Restaurants, Carlsbad Village as well as boardwalk are all an easy walk. Delightful sea breezes, but has A/C if needed. Beautiful sunset views in a quiet friendly neighborhood!

House Rules: No outside activities or noise after 9 pm on weeknights and between the hours of 10 pm and 9 am on weekends.
*The premises shall be used as a three (3) bedroom residence with no more than 7 people to occupy the house overnight during the rental period.

*Trash & recyclables to be stored in bin provided in garage. Trash pick up days are early Monday morning. Please place cans on street Sunday evening and return after they have been emptied.

*Parking to be in garage (1 small to medium car) or on street directly in front of house. Driveway must be kept clear at all times.

*No smoking allowed in the house or on the grounds.
