Just two blocks to the sand! This family friendly vacation home is in a quiet, residential neighborhood in world famous Sunset Cliffs! It's best suited for families and guests who are looking to relax. Family reunions are welcome. No loud party's.

This one-of-a-kind corner lot property is only 10 minutes from the airport and downtown... its a fantastic location to enjoy the entire city!

There was recently more than 150k in improvements made to the home, including all new kitchen cabinets and countertops, artifical turf, kitchen patio cover, exterior paint, theater/media room, tv's, interior paint, bedding and custom indoor and outdoor furniture. No expense has been spared. As the many great reviews and pictures show, this is not your typical beach rental!

Ocean View

The home was warm and inviting with plenty of room for our extended family. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The master deck had a view of the ocean and the seating and spa were an added delight.

Great place

Great space, very clean, the hot tub was our only issue. We all were very excited to get in the hot tub but it was cold and did not work properly. This was extremely disappointing since this one a big part of us booking the space.

Big, Beautiful Property with Easy Access to Sites

This property is very large and can fit a bunch of people. I stayed there with a group of four total work associates. It had a bedroom, bath and whole level for each of us. There are 5 different levels (main, two up and two down) so make sure your party can navigate stairs - there is a bedroom on the main though too. The kitchen and main living room are beautiful and large. The whole place was extra clean and super well appointed. It had BOTH a Keurig and drip coffee maker. The rooftop was heaven! Be aware though that you have to walk through the upstairs bedroom to get to the rooftop and the bathroom is open so anyone walking through is able to see both! The rooms were huge with comfortable beds, fans (it does have AC) and closets. I would definitely recommend this house to those traveling in the area. We were unable to use the hot tub because it wasn't turned on at the main cutoff so it was not hot and would have taken hours to heat up. Be sure if you're going to use it, it's turned on and heating!!!

Wonderful Vacation

Our stay in Ocean Beach was so fun. The house was so nice and comfortable and stocked with all the small necessities you need. During the day we saw the sights and every night watched the sunset from the rooftop deck while enjoying the hot tub. I recommend this great rental to anyone with a large family--it was perfect for us. Thank you!!!

Best Family Vacation Ever

There were 6 of us - my husband and me, two adult single daughters and one daughter and her husband. We were each able to have our own bedrooms with more than adequate space in each room for relaxing. We loved the sectional sofa and extra chairs for watching some tv and the large coffee table for playing the games that were provided as well as putting together a jigsaw puzzle. The ninja blender was perfect for smoothies and the large kitchen table was great for breakfast. In addition we enjoyed the rooftop patio for attempting to watch the sunsets - there were only two fully visible due to the heavy clouds in the area the majority of our stay The house was in a great location which enabled us to quickly go in all directions for different activities in ~15 -18 minutes -except for La Jolla which was ~30 minutes We would definitely stay here again

The Photos Don’t Lie!

This place was amazing! It fit our large group perfectly! The sunsets on the top floor are breathtaking. Great location, close to everything we wanted to do. If I ever have a large group visiting again, I will definitely go back!!

Fantastic sunset

Just a great house and location. Plenty of room for our group of 6. So many areas to relax and unwind. Super close to all the fun of Ocean Beach. Exactly what the doctor ordered.

Perfect Location

We stayed in this house 4 nights the week before Christmas. The location of this house was ideal. It was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit--Sea World, San Diego Zoo, beaches, gas lamp district. It was also close to the airport. The neighborhood felt very safe, and it was nice to know that our host was next door if we needed anything. The house itself was perfect for our family of eight which included our teenage son, 2 adult children and their spouses, and our 2 year old grandson. Everyone had their own bedroom space and private bathroom. There was plenty of space to spread out. The house had everything we needed. We appreciated the Pack-n-Play for our grandson to sleep in. He also loved the toys that were provided. The rooftop view was truly amazing. It was awesome to be able to see the ocean, and we enjoyed a beautiful sunset while relaxing in the hot tub. The house was clean and comfortable with very nice finishes. We booked this house last minute because another host cancelled our reservations, not once but twice just days before our scheduled trip. (Do not book a house with Casey Reynolds as your host. She cannot be trusted!) The host of this home, Sean, was so accomodating. He aknowledged the stress we had been through trying to find a place last minute and offered to let us check in early since the house was already clean and ready for guests. Things work out the way they should, and we were happy to have found this house!

Bermuda place

There was 6 adults 3 children and more than enough space for everyone. Sean was very responsive quickly issues. No way yo make ice which would have been nice good supply of stuff for the kids for the beach.

Nice Option — Great View

Really good experience overall. Space was nice, well apportioned, and clean. It was unseasonably cool so having so many blankets available came in handy. Really enjoyed the top deck and hot tub, and the sunset was great! A couple quick notes around the layout…all in line with the listing but worth mentioning: - The top deck on hot tub must be accessed through the main top bedroom. Not ideal but the room is huge so it is manageable. - The second floor room has a skylight, which is good for light but not ideal for sleeping in when the sun comes up. - The only bathroom in the main floor living space is through the small single room. - The basement suite is accessed only through the movie suite or through outside. The room was also quite musty when we were there. Sean is doing everything possible to offset but still might be a turnoff to sensitive sleepers. All in all manageable with our group, but it is worth thinking through logistics for your group. But man the sunsets are great!

Great family stay

We stayed here for a family reunion and couldn’t be happier. The check in was very simple and smooth. The home was immaculate and had amenities that made a difference such as games and toys for kids, lots of extra blankets to sit outside and enjoy a cool evening chatting. The home is a short walk from the ocean and you can get to ocean beach very quickly. Lots of restaurants, breweries, little shops, and walkability. The rooftop hot tub was spectacular to watch the sunset. All in all, would definitely stay again.

Family vacation

This house was great for our group of 7. We could have had about 5 more easily! Great location to everything and airport. One negative would be having to go through the master bedroom to get to the rooftop/hot tub area. With no door on the bathroom, you can see right into the shower. Even a frosted shower door would be helpful! Overall, everything was good!

Beautiful views, nice neighborhood. Clean. Sean gets back quickly. Had 4 couples, had to walk thru one bedroom to access the other bedroom.
