This fully modern beach condo sits at the very tip of Mission Beach, steps from both the ocean and the bay side beaches. Truly one of the most beautiful and fun spots in San Diego. BBQ and hot tub on the common porch. Sauna on the lower level. HBO, and internet included. Off street parking in front. Double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room that sleeps two comfortably, or which can fit three kids in a pinch. Take one of the included bikes down the boardwalk to Belmont park, the roller coaster, and lots more fun. Step off into the quiet end of the beach and enjoy playing in the surf with one of our boogie boards, or invent your own beach fun in lots of other ways. Ten min to SeaWorld San Diego.

Overall great stay just steps from the beach, would stay again. The apartment did get hot though and we had to use the air conditioner to keep it cool, which took a while to cool down after first arriving.

Our first time in this unit, but not first time at this property. The view of the water from the living room is fantastic, with easy access to the grills and hot tub.It's very quiet on this end of the beach, and it's a quick walk to the park with beautiful bay views (including the Sea World drone show), or to the beach! Robert was a great host, he checked in on us during a nasty heat wave to make sure we were comfortable and was very friendly and easy to work with, we would gladly stay here again.Be prepared for the parking spots, they are rather narrow, so think twice about bringing that giant SUV or truck- it's not impossible but it is tight.

Can't directly walk out onto the beach, but pretty darn close. Wonderful walking and biking boardwalks nearby and the hot tub was nice.

We really enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Robert was so quick with responses to any questions that we had. We would recommend.

Nice place. Great location. Would stay again.Some finer points: A few hiccups with check in (other folks parked in our spot and no beach toys or boogie boards), but the owner got those fixed quickly. The place was also quite hot and stuffy when we arrived and it took a full night for the one portable A/C unit, which was turned off when we arrived, to cool it down well.Most of this complex seems to be short term rentals, so your experience will likely be affected by the other guests that happen to be there at the time.The laundry is a bit frustrating. Had to download an app to work the machines, and had to add a min of 10 to the app even though I only needed to do one load, which cost about half that.

It was a good room - closer to the beach. If you are staying with kids and having plans to cook, please make sure carry your own stuff as the items we found had expired (best before date had expired).

Perfect location, nestled smack dab in between the bay and the beach. The home contained all the amenities including bikes and boogey boards etc.

The host is amazing! The place is very clean and equipped with everything you need from making meals, sleeping cozy, keeping up on hygiene and enjoying your time outdoors! The neighborhood is quiet and safe! The neighbors are all friendly. I will definitely book this stay again in the future.

Absolutely fabulous! Great host, helpful and informative in just the right amount. Neighbors are kind and friendly, even to renters. Fantastic location with great views and beautiful walks along the beach. The apartment has everything you need. Zero complaints, can't wait to come back again.

The place was close to the beach, excellent communication with the host, needs to be freshened up with maybe a good paint job inside, I’m sure from wear and tear, the location was great except for the air traffic. The T.V. Remotes did not work, we ended up using our laptop for any entertainment interests. I communicated the remote issue to the host and he apologized. Over all was good. The bikes were a great touch.

Girls weekend

Did a girl's vacation to San Diego. This spot was perfect access to the beach and all activities. Would stay again and highly recommend.

Great location!
