This 2 bedroom, 2 bath Aruba unit is tastefully decorated with soothing colors and comfortable and cozy furnishings. It's just the place to relax and unwind here on the Emerald Coast! The kitchen is a cook's dream, as you will have all you need to prepare meals and entertain just the way you do for family and friends at home. The dining area has seating for 4, and 4 extra places at the bar. The open living and dining areas have 10' ceilings and plenty of windows for a bright and spacious feel, with the sofa pulling to a queen bed. There is a 50" 4K HD TV in the living room for your entertainment. The Master suite offers a king size bed, with a queen in the guest bedroom, and both offer 50" televisions as well. "Sea-Esta" has direct access to the pool, as it is just across the street, and is just a short shuttle or bike ride to the nearby scenic dunes and unspoiled beauty of nearby Deer Lake State Park and beach access. Deer Lake State park has a $3 per day access fee.

The town of Prominence is a 30A hotspot, and offers a number of amenities that are certain make this vacation one of fun, fitness and relaxation, including a 5,000 sq. ft. pool with cabanas surrounding the poolside, and a fitness center. The Big Chill ( venue across the street ) offers something for folks of all ages and tastes, from tacos and tequila, to wings, burgers and shakes, a stop here is quick, tasty and convenient, and comes with a side of entertainment at the outdoor amphitheater. Our townhouse is located in Prominence north and located right across the street from The Big Chill. The entrance from Prominence north is about a mile from Deer Lake State Park where we access the beach.

We provide a golf cart with our rental but it is provided to clients to make beach access easier. NOTE: the golf cart is considered and registered street legal vehicle. Guests will be required to provide proof of valid drivers license, insurance, and sign a liability waiver in order to have access to the golf cart. Golf cart seats 4 people, if traveling with small children it is required to use a cart seat. Only approved guests that sign waiver will be able to operate the Golf cart

We love pets, but please do not bring them as the owner and some regular clients have allergies. Our home does have stairs, when walking in through the front door ( picture provided in property photos )/ You will need to go up a flight of steps to access main living area on 2nd floor. The golf cart is electric and is not meant to be driven long distances fully loaded. If the golf cart needs routine maintenance or is damaged by previous guests there will not be any discounts or refunds

7. Seat belts must be worn at all times.
8. Do not hang towels or bathing suits over the balcony handrail. This is against HOA policy.
9. Please keep the garage in a tidy order and clean for the next guests. Spray off sand on beach chairs and golf cart
10. Trash pick up is on Mondays and Thursdays. Please make sure trash container is on the curb at 6AM.
