Love this beautiful, quiet neighborhood. Pools are never crowded - very close to the beach and Seaside square. We plan to return again next year!

We really loved staying at the house. It literally was one block from the community pool and a couple blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was so beautiful and private and quiet. Of course we went the weekend before memorial day weekend but the whole neighborhood was just really pretty. The house were very prompt in my communication or any questions I had. I would definitely stay there again!

We have stayed in this neighborhood in the past and loved the location of this home, as it was close to the pool and easy beach access. The layout out of the home was perfect. The property management company was extremely responsive and quickly addressed one small issue with the bikes. Quick tip for anyone selecting this home, which we would recommend, unlike other homes in the area that we have stayed in, you will want to bring beach towels (not provided) and beach chairs (the two at the home have seen better days). This house is does not provide those little extras and, therefore, we were not as prepared. That error is entirely on us, as we simply assumed based on prior experiences. Nevertheless, we would recommend this property for its location, convenience, and layout. It was a fantastic trip.

We enjoyed this house very much and being able to walk to the beach was wonderful. Being able to walk daily in a lovely neighborhood was also a bonus. If there were any questions, the host replied by the next morning, if not sooner. My husband was delighted to find a gas stove!

a great week

This is a great property. Very close to Seaside, but far enough away that you don't get the noise and busyness of Seaside. Close to shopping, groceries, and many great restaurants. The house was updated, clean, had all the things we needed for a wonderful stay.

What an amazing, comfortable, homey place to stay on vacation!

This property is exactly as it is advertised. It was roomy, yet comfy, and had all the amenities as was listed. It is a great location, just 6 minutes from the beach! We loved the decor, the screened porch, and it was a short 8-minute bike ride to Seaside. We had a wonderful time, and we will definitely be back to the Texas Tide!

Awesome visit to Texas Tide. The house and location are perfect. Short walk to the beach and close proximity to Seaside and Publix. Property managers were extremely responsive to any of our requests.

Birthday Vacation

We took our daughter and her husband for her 30th birthday getaway. The community and home were beautiful. The home has great access to the beach. We enjoyed the screened in portion. The home was quiet even during a thunderstorm. Great location.

Fantastic Getaway

Everything from booking, to check in, to our stay, to check out, was impeccable look. Our family loved the neighborhood pool and the quick 5-minute walk to the beach. The house was well stocked (there were even 3 beach towels to use) and beds were very comfortable. Having the bikes available was a huge plus - we rode them everywhere. Our family of four will definitely come back.

Texas Tide rules!

Great location in a small neighborhood yet direct access to the beach. This house did not disappoint and easily accommodated our group of 8. Bikes and beach cart provided was terrific for our daily beach days. Enjoyed every minute of it.

Texas Tide is Lovely!

This is a great property in Grove by the Sea in Seagrove Beach. I love Grove by the Sea because it is quiet, and the beach is not crowded. The house comes with 4 bikes and a beach chair set up, which was very helpful. The beds are comfortable, the place is well decorated, and Texas Tide is well located for the beach and a community pool. We would stay here again, for sure.

July 2020

My family and I enjoyed our week at Texas Tide. The location is great with a short walk to the beach and right across the street to the pool. A short bike ride to Seaside as well. The property has some minor wear and tear but was overall clean and in good condition.
