3 Bedrooms in the heart of Seaside. One if the best locations available with 4 bikes.

Don't be fooled by other properties saying they are near or a short distance to Seaside. This perfect 3 bedroom home sits in the heart of Seaside on East Ruskin Avenue and is located less than 5 houses from the beach. Walk out of the back of the house and you are in downtown Seaside literally 25 yards from everything. The location is fantastic for you to enjoy all the benefits of Seaside. Our calendar is always up to date.

Enjoy the best views in Seaside from the top deck of this metropolitan home featured in Spanish and German Architectural Magazine. The home includes 3 comfortable bedrooms. Two bedrooms have queen beds and one has a set of twin beds. We just added new furniture Feb 2021.

The Master is on the third floor with great views of Seaside and the Gulf. The two twins are on the first floor and the other queen bedroom is located on the second floor. The house prides intself with decks galore and a spacious sitting areas for family and friends on both the second and third floor. Each bedroom has its own designated bathroom. Walk from the 2nd floor straight into the shutter room to enjoy those lazy summer afternoon on the deck in the shade.

Wireless Internet is provided. Roger's lighthouse also provides (4) bikes for your use so no expensive renting of bikes are needed. This will save you over $500 for a weeks stay. Pool passes, beach chairs, gym and tennis use can all be purchased by our guests from the private company that owns these amenities. We removed this from our pricing to lower the price and give you choices on what you want. No owner in Seaside gets pool access. They are each buying it so the renter pays for it.

*During our summer season we book Saturday to Saturday only. Summer season starts in June and ends the 1st week of August. Sorry no exceptions.

Normal check in time is 4pm CST and check out time is 10am CST. We do try our best to accommodate any requests.

Absolutely best location! Great property at a reasonable price. Plenty of room. Especially enjoyed being so close to the restaurants, shops and beach.

Great place in a great location

Always good to be so close to the beach, house is great for a family of adults - everyone had their own space, and the architecture is very interesting. Host was helpful as we navigated what to do with Helene coming in.Hope to be back sometime.

Seaside Fall Break

The house was perfect for our first trip to seaside. Location is central to everything. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of linens, perfect for our family of 5. The property manager was very communicative and informative. We really enjoyed our trip and would love to stay again!

Close to everything!!!

It’s our third time to stay at Roger’s Lighthouse. The location is wonderful.it is very close to the beach and backs up to Black Bear Bread Co. We liked the addition of the new LED lighted mirror’s in the bathroom and closet. The house has a unique floor plan. You can go up to the sunning deck for sunrises and sunsets with a water view.

Close to beach

Great property. So close to the beach and the walkover that you’re better off bringing your own umbrellas and chairs. Roger left his chairs (four) of them which worked great. Couldn’t have been more pleased with the location and how unique the property was. Classic Seaside house with everything you need to have a great time.

Dream house in the heart of Seaside

What a dream! This was the perfect family vacation spot in Seaside that housed 4 adults and 2 children comfortably. The house is beautiful and unique, and you truly can’t beat the location. Communication with the host was easy and responses were quick. Love that the house came with bikes and locks, plus some beach equipment and toys. We loved the spacious front porch, the really cool shutter room, and of course the perch at the top of the house where you can relax and take in the beautiful sights and sounds of Seaside. Don’t delay; book this one-of-a-kind house for your next vacation!

Perfect location!

It was our first time visiting Seaside and the house was in the perfect location to offer quick access to everything. Loved the architecture of the home. Our favorite feature of Roger’s Lighthouse is the rooftop patio with the stunning views.

Can’t beat the location!

What a fun place! We stayed with my three teenage daughters. They loved the rooftop for sunning and the shutter room for late night movies. The top bedroom was fun for them to stay in. You can’t beat the location. A few steps to the beach or a few steps to downtown seaside and the food choices - so so easy! We will be back. (Only suggestion - bikes need some love.)

Quirky and fun

Funky architecture. Amazing location. You are seconds from the beach and the central town amphitheater area. There were always kids for our littles to play with in the central area. The beach was very private, though that might be bc we’re off season. The waves were huge.

Perfect Location!

We have always stayed along 30A, but never in Seaside. This location has spoiled us for all future stays. You can't beat the location of this home - just a couple minutes walk to the beach as well as a variety of food options and shopping.

Great vacation house in Seaside

Had a wonderful stay here! The owners were very responsive and helpful! This has to be one of the best locations in Seaside. Plus, they have thought of everything you could need: bikes, beach chairs and toys, boogie boards and floats. This was a great place and we hope to stay here again!

Heart of Seaside

The affordability of this home considering its location to the square was what had me book it. The listing (I believe) says it’s around 1,400 sq ft, it feels so much larger, even without the balcony and shutter room space. Will definitely book again. The ONLY odd thing is with the 3rd floor bathroom, you have to go through the shower to get to the toilet which is odd but not a big deal really (there’s 2 other bathrooms to use). We have stayed in many a gulf front condominium and the walk to the beach from this home is faster which shocked me, and of course, the actual square is a 2 minute walk. You are literally in the heart of Seaside. And this house stands out from all the others. Beautiful architecture and colors. Loved it.

Great spot!

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation to Seaside! The house had so many different outdoor spaces to enjoy! We also enjoyed bike rides on the bikes that were available. Plenty of linens and towels were provided, too. And the location was perfect, a short walk to everything.

Great Location!

Had a fantastic stay in Seaside! The property is located conveniently to the beach and community. Enjoyed time with the family, whether cooking meals, lounging on the cozy couch with a good book, or sitting on the porch at sunset. Most definitely would stay here again!!!
