Inside 3 Oars Oasis you’ll find a sophisticated style perfect for a beach holiday. This Anna Maria Island rental has an elevator, docks boats up to 36 feet, free WiFI, parks four cars, and allows dogs up to 25 pounds with a nightly fee! Enjoy the sunrise over the bay from the balcony and soak up the sun all day long in the private backyard. You’ll love lounging on the covered patio while fresh seafood cooks on the propane grill. At the end of the day slip into the oversized garden tub in the downstairs master bathroom with a glass of wine. This custom kitchen offers a wine chiller and all the amenities, including a gas fireplace, you expect from a luxury rental!

Code enforcement notification: You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
Pool heat is included and maintained at 80°F. Additional pool heat to 85°F is available upon request for $22 per day plus tax. A 24 hour notice is required. Heat may not be available if temperatures drop below 65 degrees.
We will not be accepting payments for pool heat for the months of May through October.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
