The fully equipped kitchen is designed for convenience with black appliances, a stackable washer and dryer, a fun popcorn maker, and both drip and single-cup coffee makers, while counter seating for two creates the perfect breakfast spot. Share meals or play board games at the dining table for six, or step out onto the private balcony with seating for four and enjoy panoramic waterfront views at sunset. And of course, beach essentials are provided, making it effortless to head out for a day by the water.

Bedroom #1 includes a twin-over-queen bunkbed and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and balcony access.
This home also includes an additional full bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This condo does have an external camera at the front door entrance and is actively recording outside of the unit
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Lot parking for 5 vehicles.
• Guests must pay the resort a $37 flat-rate parking fee per vehicle at the front lobby by midnight on the day of check-in. This fee covers parking for the entire duration of the stay. Parking is complimentary until midnight on check-in day.
• This home is pet friendly. A maximum of 3 pets may be brought to this home. Please note that there is an additional Pet Fee of $25.00 per pet that is not included in your final booking cost. To pay your Pet Fee, please contact the Customer Care Team after booking.
• This home has one (1) external, building-owned security camera located on the third floor. It monitors the entire floor, including the walkway. There is also an exterior front door camera.
