Welcome to the Sage Suite—a relaxed Old Town condo styled with earthy hues and nature-inspired artwork. This serene space offers blackout shades, cozy queen beds, and thoughtful touches that bring the outdoors in, creating a calming retreat just steps from the heart of Fort Collins.
Spend the morning savoring pastries from Bread Fellow and browsing local boutiques. In the evening, indulge in flavorful bites and margaritas at The Rio, then catch live music at Magic Rat. Whether you’re here for a weekend getaway, a CSU visit, or simply to unwind, this location puts you right in the center of it all.
This home features: Bedroom 1: Queen Bed | Bedroom 2: Queen Bed | Plus Queen Sleeper Sofa | Sleeps 6 | Ground Level
OUTDOOR LIVING: Small terrace, directly across from Library Park
INDOOR LIVING: 50” flat-screen TV with free Netflix, bar top seating for 4, board games, ceiling fans
KITCHEN: Fully equipped with retro GE cabinets, microwave, dishware, cookware, spices, and complimentary coffee, tea, and sweetener
BATHROOM: 3/4 bathroom with walk-in shower, hairdryer, linens/towels, iron/ironing board. We even include local favorites for every guest stay including soaps, shampoo, and conditioner.

Great location to Old Town
This was a perfect stay for our retreat with my book club. It’s within great walking distance to Old Town and it was an easy check in and check out process. Plenty of space for the four of us.

Great Stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This was a very quiet flat, perfectly located for walking to Old Town, and getting to CSU's campus. Super clean home and very comfy beds!

Perfect Stay
We were looking for a ground floor location and this was perfect. The communication was excellent and we will stay there again if we get the chance!

Great location to downtown area. Easy to walk to great restaurants and shops. Bed was comfortable and not a gel mattress which I appreciate. Had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and also offered off street parking. Water temp in the shower was not as warm as I prefer but manageable.

Great Location for Short Stay
Really enjoyed the stay here. The furnishings and finishes of the unit are nice and very clean/comfortable. Not much in terms of outdoor space, however the short walk to Old Town and other close by attractions made up for it. Would stay here again.

Great Location
This property is perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood, a walk from Old Town, and a quick drive to campus. We had everything we needed and will definitely be back.

Amazing gem!
I can’t rave enough about my stay here! The Vrbo provided quick walking distance to downtown. The beds were so comfy and the amenities were easy to use. Thank you for a great stay

Nice walkable location. Not as new and modern as it looks in review but clean and quiet.

This condo’s interior is very well done! The beds were extremely comfortable and the unit was spotless. The location is just a few blocks from Old Town, and about a mile from the CSU campus.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed. We love the apartment, excellent location. And host always answer's immediately.

Excellent Location
It was a great location and the apartment was clean and in great shape. Stacy was responsive to my pre-arrival questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location
This is a perfect location. Quiet street, short walk to Old Town, short drive to hiking. There is enough space for a small family. Unit is well equipped with most of your needs.
