Summer Place community located 1/2 mile from the center of the island and all activities. (Restaurants, Mini Golf, Pier, Ice Creamery, shopping, Marina and etc.)

Ocean Ridge Plantation golf course is just ten minutes away.

The community pool is located at the entrance of Summer Place, right across from a public access to the Beach. Just a short walk to the Beach from the house.

This is a very open, airy, beach house decorated in the ocean colors with a large, 1/2 covered front porch. The kitchen and family room have been recently renovated with hardwood floors, granite counter tops, new appliances and new furniture. The house has two flat screen Smart TV's with YouTube Streaming Provided. The den area is open to the upstairs with a high ceiling and a 65” Smart TV with You Tube Streaming. Secure WIFI included. All bedrooms and bathrooms were completely renovated for the 2022 rental season with new hardwood floors, large tile showers, vanities with quartz counter tops and new washer and dryer. There are a total of four bedrooms (1 bedroom has Smart TV with YouTube Streaming and 1 bedroom has a desk with smart TV/monitor and HDMI cable for remote working) and three full bathrooms with showers and an outdoor shower. Relax and hear the ocean from the deck while you watch children play.
Outdoor entertainment under the covered patio with outdoor furniture and 55" Smart TV with YouTube TV streaming provided.

All bedroom mattress are encased in mattress protectors. All pillows are encased in pillow protectors. Renters must provide their own bed and bathroom linens/towels.

This home is available to families, headed by adults at least 25 years of age. It is not available for fraternity, sorority, or retreat groups. Overcrowding and house parties are not permitted. We have a strict No Pets and No Smoking policy.
