Welcome to your relaxing Ocean Isle Beach family retreat in the desirable Summer Place community. This beautifully updated, open-concept beach house comfortably sleeps 10 and is just a short walk to the beach, with the community pool located only 10 houses away.

Perfect for family vacations, multi-family stays, and peaceful coastal getaways.

A perfect Ocean Isle vacation home. Walkable to beach access and pool. Great expanded outdoor space with TV, picnic table, and charcoal grill. Comfortable updated home. Owner very responsive.

The home was just as expected and we had an amazing week at OIB! We’ve been Ocean Isle since 2000 when my son was a baby. No, both our kids are grown and married with spouses one has identical, twins, and we all easily spent the week together with plenty of room and amenities. The access to the beach chairs, wagon and toys was much appreciated and such an added benefit.Would definitely recommend and stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was described accurately and the home was beautiful. We especially appreciated the cleanliness upon entering. Our party of 8 guests all were all comfortable. All amenities were as described and worked perfectly. The home location was another positive benefit having close access to the beach. The owner addressed all questions promptly making the rental process seamless. We hope to return next year and would look to rent this property as our first option.

So many great things to say but where to start?! This condo is beautifully decorated and has everything you could need for the week. The kitchen is fully stocked, plenty of seating space for our large family and space for games both inside and out. Close to the community pool and beach access. Check in and communication was amazing from beginning to end. Thank you!!

Great house close to the beach!

This is a great property! It's incredibly well-stocked with just about everything you could need. The beds are comfortable, the bathrooms are gorgeous and we just loved staying here.

Well equipped vacation home!

This home was clean and comfortable with a great deck. The kitchen was really well equipped and we really loved the fully stocked beach equipment closet!

Great place, great location.

We absolutely loved our stay. Really close to the pool and the beach. The house was clean and well stocked. The decor throughout the house was super cute. Plenty of space for our family of 9. The beach chairs and umbrellas were great as well.

Wonderful stay’

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. The kitchen had every gadget imaginable and was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. the rooms were very clean and the house size was perfect for 3 couples and two children! Highly recommend!

Fantastic property! Everything you needed and exceptionally clean!

Property was immaculate! The Graper family has left you all the necessary beach essentials. It’s a short walk to the public beach access and the porch is great for breakfast or late evenings!

My husband and I have been staying at the Carolina beaches for over 40 years. This was one of the nicest and best equipped places we have stayed at. We will be back. The only caveat was the beaches were very crowded. Could be the location or maybe just a lot of vacationers

Fun & relaxing

This house was great. It had a very well stocked kitchen. Nice back yard for corn hole games & nice front deck for relaxing. Enjoyed the whole week with family.

The property was just as listed. We had an amazing week! The house was well appointed with everything you would need and much more! The beach was so easy to get to. Activities and restaurants were close by. We will be back!

The location of this place is perfect! The hostess was quick to resolve any problems we had at the beginning of the week. Made great memories here! I love the front porch! Great for reading and Bible study!Having everything needed to walk and play at the beach more easily was a bonus! Fantastic house!

Great time

Nice stay, just the right size and didn’t have to bring chairs and such for the beach. Pool was right around the corner and beach right across the street, or like we had a golf cart the access for cart parking was only about 3 blocks down

This house is amazing! It is perfect for our family. Plenty of space and places to sit. Great outdoor space. Plenty of parking space. Loved having the beach chairs and wagon. The kitchen is stocked with everything you can image. This is our Second year staying here. I see this becoming our forever vacation destination!

Great week at the beach

Owners were great to work with, especially given the pandemic issues. House was neat, clean, and very comfortable. Storeroom had everything we needed for the beach. Just a short walk to the pool and the beach.

Loved it!

Such ease renting the property, communicating with property owners, and arrival process. Quick easy walk to the beach and so many fun beach supplies for us to use! Kid friendly and super clean! This was our second time staying here and will definitely be booking it again!
