The private beach access includes a walkway with oceanfront gazebo & tiki bar, bathroom and hoses for washing off sand. The houses convenient location is close to the neighborhood swimming pool, tennis courts and playground. The contained community is a great place for kids to run around neighborhood and ride bikes.

There is plenty of space to accommodate your family and friends at our well-kept beautiful home. The open floor plan on the main level includes a kitchen, living room and dining table that seats 10 and three bar stools at kitchen bar. There is a bedroom off the kitchen with a Queen bed and full bathroom. The large wrap around porch with rocking chairs invites hours of ocean breezes and people watching.

The ground floor bedroom is perfect for parents that want to sleep with their children or friends/family who want to share a bedroom. There is a King bed and 2 Twin beds with a full bathroom.

The top floor has a large master bedroom with a King bed, walk in closet and full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Down the hall are 2 bedrooms. One with a King bed and the other room has 2 Twin beds. These 2 bedrooms share a large bathroom that has a separate shower and commode room and double basin sinks. All 3 bedrooms have doors to the outside deck with chairs.

Non-Smoking policy and NO PETS allowed. Departure cleaning included. Towels, Sheets and paper products not included.
