Upscale beach and ocean view condo with dedicated beach access just 25 yards from the front door.
Features include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open kitchen with breakfast bar, large front deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
Amenities include: cable TV, 45" plasma TV, blue ray DVD, dishwasher, microwave, shared laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, semi-private pool, wireless internet and dedicated parking with dedicated beach access. For any other questions or rental issues please call us directly at 229-347-1889

Pet fee $75per dog non-refundable.... two dog maximum! A kennel is required if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the condo! Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay.

Beach Cottage

This property was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk across the street to access the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and affordable. My school age children love the pool. We will certainly book this property again.

Perfect Getaway

This condo had a great view, steps from the beach, plenty of space, everything you need, and super clean. We could not be happier with our stay. Great location on the island and great beach! Highly recommended!

Perfect getaway

This lovely condo was the perfect home for an end-of-summer getaway with my young adult daughters. The owners were great to work with and the space was well-suited for our needs. The kitchen is bigger than you would expect for a condo of this size and the rooms were very comfortable. Very well-kept, with a short walk to the beach and a great pool. We loved it and hope to book again.

PERFECT! Clean and conveniently located with an ocean view.

Everything about our stay was PERFECT. It was just the right size for our family of 5 (2 adults, 6yo, 4yo and 7mo). The condo was very clean, kitchen was stocked with appropriate dishes and utensils for every day use, grills out front were convenient for our family dinners, there was plenty of extra bedding and towels, the TVs and internet were perfect for winding down after a long day at the beach, and the cute decor was an added bonus! The pool was warm and we were the only ones in it at the end of the day. There's a great ocean view from the balcony that we often sat on to drink our morning coffee and have our evening night cap. There's a short path across the street to get to the beach - while it would be EXTRA convenient if it were an actual boardwalk - it's definitely manageable with a wagon. The owner, Brian, was very responsive from the initial booking through the end of our stay. This was our first visit to St. George Island and we will DEFINITELY be back to stay at the Beach Oasis! We loved everything about it!! Thanks for an amazing vacation full of cherished memories!

Nice place!

We had a great time & the place was charming. The place was clean. It was nicely decorated. Great location. Nice owners. However, we had some issues with people below us who own their condo thinking we had more people than we actually had- my sister coming by to visit (my place was closer to the water so we hung out more at my condo) & go to the beach with her kids. It was extra small kids putting us over the limit. It was frustrating to have to keep reassuring the owner that we were not doing anything wrong. We were not loud, & not there much. We had company during the day but they left and went to their places at night. It was the septic system that was the issue i think. We made sure not to over use. It was understandable that the owner had to verify our group count.

Everything was beautiful including the view and the beautiful pool. It was sparkling clean and, believe it or not, refreshing! We thought for sure that it would be quite warm and it wasn't!Our only suggestion is to place the lockbox closer to a well-lit area opposed to its current placement to the far right of the house where it is dark. We came in late, and it was difficult to find and to see. The entire front of the house had beautiful lighting leading up the stairs to the deck. Having the address on the house would also be helpful for all the mailboxes are on the one side of the street making us think that the house was on the ocean side versus across the street. I got out of the car, looked at the house and said, that's not it. When I turned to come back to the car, I looked across the street and said that the 2-story house with the steps leading upstairs looked more like the house and it was. It was then that we realized all the mailboxes were on one side of the street.

Lovely Condo

This was our second visit and we hope to return. This well appointed condo is perfect for a low-key beach vacation – everything you need in a great location and at a reasonable price.

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was guests in the pool late at night and we had young children trying to sleep. It was a great location.

Cute place, great location. The walk to the beach was short even with it being across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! My only recommendation would be to update the mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, but that may just be personal preference.

Good location

Loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings. Listening to the waves. Pet friendly was a must. Very clean condo !!! Bed was very comfortable!!! We were evacuated the day after we checked in, due to the hurricane. The property was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our calls. We are looking forward to a re-do of this trip in June of 2025.

Perfection!

There is nothing about this rental that could have been better. The view can’t be beat; the proximity for a bike ride into town is perfect; the cleanliness couldn’t be better; the beds are supportive and comfy; the pool is the perfect size and temperature; and beach access is steps from the door. We will stay here again!
