Upscale beach and ocean view condo with dedicated beach access just 25 yards from the front door.
Features include: 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, open kitchen with breakfast bar, large front deck with picnic table and Adirondack chairs.
Amenities include: cable TV, 45" plasma TV, blue ray DVD, dishwasher, microwave, shared laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, semi-private pool, wireless internet and dedicated parking with dedicated beach access. For any other questions or rental issues please call us directly at 229-347-1889

Pet fee $75per dog non-refundable.... two dog maximum! A kennel is required if you plan to leave your pet unattended in the condo! Any reservations over 7 nights will have an additional maid fee for an additional cleaning service during the duration of your stay.

July 4th

We enjoyed our stay. The only problem we had was guests in the pool late at night and we had young children trying to sleep. It was a great location.

Cute place, great location. The walk to the beach was short even with it being across the street. The condo was clean and had everything we needed! My only recommendation would be to update the mattress and pillows in the main bedroom, but that may just be personal preference.

Beach Cottage

This property was perfect for our family of four. We could easily walk across the street to access the beach. The condo was clean, comfortable, and affordable. My school age children love the pool. We will certainly book this property again.

Good location

Loved sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the mornings. Listening to the waves. Pet friendly was a must. Very clean condo !!! Bed was very comfortable!!! Everything was beautiful including the view and the beautiful pool. It was sparkling clean and, believe it or not, refreshing! We thought for sure that it would be quite warm and it wasn't!Our only suggestion is to place the lockbox closer to a well-lit area opposed to its current placement to the far right of the house where it is dark. We came in late, and it was difficult to find and to see. The entire front of the house had beautiful lighting leading up the stairs to the deck. Having the address on the house would also be helpful for all the mailboxes are on the one side of the street making us think that the house was on the ocean side versus across the street. I got out of the car, looked at the house and said, that's not it. When I turned to come back to the car, I looked across the street and said that the 2-story house with the steps leading upstairs looked more like the house and it was. It was then that we realized all the mailboxes were on one side of the street.

Perfect getaway

This lovely condo was the perfect home for an end-of-summer getaway with my young adult daughters. The owners were great to work with and the space was well-suited for our needs. The kitchen is bigger than you would expect for a condo of this size and the rooms were very comfortable. Very well-kept, with a short walk to the beach and a great pool. We loved it and hope to book again.

Hurricane Helene

We were evacuated the day after we checked in, due to the hurricane. The property was beautiful, comfortable and exactly as pictured. The owners were wonderful to work with and very responsive to our calls. We are looking forward to a re-do of this trip in June of 2025.

Pre-spring get-away

Loved sitting on the front porch reading with the ocean waves sounding in the background. You can see the ocean and some of the waves from the front porch so that was special. Great informal restaurants! Not crowded at all whether shopping or on the beach. Love that the area is so dog friendly!

Great stay

My family and I had a great stay, the island is a beautiful place to kick back and relax, very quiet and not overcrowded, small town charm. We only had one complaint, the picnic table on the deck was very worn on top and dry, splintering. However, the owners were very easy to work with and overall, we had a wonderful time.

Great vacation despite the storms

We had an excellent stay, even though there were some pretty rough stormy days. We made friends with the neighboring condos… everyone was super friendly and respectful. Also, a huge thanks to the owners for letting us bring our dogs last minute. They loved every second of playing ball on the beach!
