Classic New Orleans "Shotgun" style historic home. Lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath cottage. The home is an entire half of a "double". Many original architectural details and lots of NOLA charm. Walk to Pascal Manale's, Charlie's Steakhouse or Le’s Baguette. French Truck coffee is across the street. A few blocks to Mardi Gras parades and the St. Charles streetcar. 5 min. to Tulane / Loyola. The location can't be beat! Brand new bathrooms! Fully appointed kitchen. W/D for guest convenience.

This home was fantastic for our needs. Very clean, great location and comfy beds! The home is in a quiet area but note that these older shotgun homes are not sound proof and have thin walls. Bathrooms for each room were clean and well equipped and it was a bonus to be able to do a load of laundry. Parking was easy and free right in front of the house. A great stay!!

Great Place to stay close to everything, great coffee shop and steak house right across the street, walk to shopping we had a great time here, and the owner was awesome.

Place was perfectly New Orleans. Met all of our needs. Little upgrades like nice towels and toilet paper was appreciated. Perhaps a few bottles of water in the fridge upon arrival would be great. Location was perfect

This was the perfect place for our family of four to stay while we visited the city. The location is great, a great little coffee shop across the street, walkable to plenty of restaurants and other amenities. Plenty of street parking. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was very clean.

Great stay

We had a great long weekend stay. The location is perfect- a short walk to the street car and a close walk to the nearest grocery. The coffee place across the street also made the stay that much better. Would definitely recommend this stay for anyone looking to visit.

The layout is accurate, but the pictures have not been updated at all. The furniture and carpets are stained and the house has foundation issues that have been "fixed" with extra grout, spackel or caulk and the last bedroom has a noticable lean. Not at all what we were expecting. It was however withing walking distance of a few places to eat and about a 4 minute walk to the trolley. We used the public transportation there so that was very convenient for us. The neighborhood was nice and very quiet and we felt safe walking home from the trolley late at night.

Katherina, I am very sorry that certain aspects of the home did not meet your expectations. It’s very common for homes that were built in the 1890’s to have some quirks. There are a few stains here and there that have been professionally cleaned but will not come out. There are plans in place to replace some items in the near future. Thank you for your feedback!

Excellent location. House was nice. Coffee shop directly across the street was great. French Truck coffee. 3 restaurants within walking distance. High Hat cafe, great fried oysters. Charlie’s steakhouse and Pasqual Manales.

It would be nice if there was another lock inside to lock the front door at night. Maybe like a dead bolt. The beds were comfortable and plenty space to sit and eat meals. The Bathrooms were nice. Convenient location with great coffee shop across the street.

Lovely place with plenty of space. Very comfortable beds. Good water pressure. Easy street parking in front of the house. Location feels very safe and has easy access to restaurants and coffee shops.A couple of blocks to walk to street car then direct line into the city.

Sweet spot in Garden district

This was our second time staying here. Clean and comfortable as always and a prime location for whatever you need to do in NOLA. We really enjoyed the convince of so many local restaurants in walking distance!
