Great for visiting Tulane

Went to visit my daughter at Tulane. This home was clean, well appointed, and perfect for safely walking to campus and many great places to eat. We hosted her and friends for a game night, and there was plenty of space for a small group. Will stay here again!

Great place

Our stay in New Orleans was heightened by the comfort of the rental. Great local food / coffee options, walkable to St Charles street car line. Easy street parking made it great.

Work trip

I had a great stay for a quick trip for work! I was a bit nervous about the location, but it was very quiet and I felt safe. The areas that the property owner, Chris, gave were helpful and yummy! I recommend High Hat Cafe! Great communication with Chris as well!

Beautiful home and cozy

My stay was perfect, just the right size and the location was right near my daughters school where I was moving her into. Very safe area. Loved the front porch to sit and enjoy my morning coffee. Everything was spotless. Will stay again with my future visits.

Perfect size

The location is great! At first glance we were not too sure about the neighborhood but had no issues. It is New Orleans so some houses are really nice but next to some run down houses. Overall would stay here again. The house is super cute, clean & well stocked.

2 day NOLA visit

Chris and Molly were very responsive host. The location was convenient to small local hot spot cafes and coffee shops near Tulane. We felt safe to walk around during the day. The place is well stocked with all kitchen supplies for cooking and cleaning. Nice modern convenience overall.

New Orleans trip

The location on Soniat St was perfect!… We were less than 20 minutes away from wherever we needed to go. Quiet neighborhood, a few detours b/c of nearby construction, but the home was very neat and clean with modern decor and utilities… I would definitely stay at this property again:0)

New Years Sugar Bowl

We enjoyed our visit to New Orleans for New Years and the Sugar Bowl. Good spaces and updated interior made for a refreshing and comfortable stay. We particularly were drawn to the pet-friendly nature of this place with a fenced back yard. Enjoyed our walks around the neighborhood with the pups. Calm location and easy, Uber-friendly place to stay parked and let others do the driving and not worry about parking downtown. Friendly and responsive owner!

NOLA Summer 2023

The house is lovely and located on a quiet Uptown street. The location is great with restaurants, bars, coffee shops, and an upscale grocery store within walking distance. It is also a short walk to Tulane University or to the streetcar line. The neighborhood is centrally located in New Orleans so you are a short drive to other areas to explore. The house has many amenities that made our stay comfortable and enjoyable and the hosts provided great local tips. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for WFH

We were visiting family for a wedding, and still needed to work. This place is perfect, there's a desk to set up in one of the bedrooms, and there's a comfy sofa too to work from. We traveled with our German Shepherd, and the space was perfect. The yard is fully fenced and she couldn't get out. The location for us was phenomenal, as we were 15 min from everything we did. Will definitely book again!

My stay in New Orleans

This property was perfect! Everything was just as pictured and just as promised. Chris was excellent with communication, he responded back promptly ( which I greatly appreciated). This was indeed a beautiful home, I felt very safe and everything was within a 10 minute drive or Uber. It was very clean and neat. I felt right at home.. Thank you Chris ❤️

Close to Tulane.

We were visiting our daughter at Tulane. This property is about a 15 min walk to campus. Close enough for us to walk to campus and for our student to stay with us and it feel like a small getaway from campus. The home is 3 blocks from the Feret business district . Our favorites - Dat Dog, Val’s tacos, Rouses, coffee shops, and a nice upscale cocktail bar. The home was very clean and nice. Chris was communicative and quick to respond. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Stay in Uptown NOLA

This is a perfect place to base out of for a visit to NOLA. It is on a quiet street close to Tulane, St. Charles Street, and Freret. You can walk to nice coffee shops, a couple of good restaurants and a new Rouse's Grocery Store. We have been visiting NOLA for 6 years now, and this will be the only place we stay. Chris is a great host. The unit is clean and comfortable and has great amenities like a nice stove, coffee pot, washer/dryer, and dishwasher. My wife and I stayed here for a week. We were actually here for a surgical procedure for her at the Center for Breast Restoration. Chris was so helpful. I messaged him weeks before we came informing about why we were coming. He left a nice note in the unit for us knowing this was going to be a difficult time for us. He also had flowers in several of the rooms to brighten things up for my wife. We also shipped some things ahead of time to help my wife be comfortable during our stay. He had them arranged and ready to go in the unit when we arrived. I highly recommend staying here, except when I want to visit!

I moved down to New Orleans from Chicago to attend college in 2007, and fell in love with the city! I moved back to New Orleans in 2015 and started to work on buying a home. When the opportunity to build a new home in the Freret Corridor became available, I jumped on it! I am very proud of my home, and I reside on the other side of the property with my girlfriend and our Golden Retriever, Gus.
