This was the perfect location for my family. All shopping convenience. Clean unit and plenty of extra towels and blankets etc. We plan on using again on our next trip out to visit our montrose family. Thank you.

Very clean, well kept and remodeled. Everything worked well. Although close to the highway, no noise. Host was responsive and available but no issues. Would stay there again.

The home had an overwhelming sour sewer smell that did not dissipate even with opening windows. I assume the home may have been vacant for a bit and the smell had gone unnoticed.

Hi Deniese, My heart is just breaking that as one of our cherished returned guests; you did not reach out about the smell. As you are aware, I clean every single one of my units myself and take great pride in our units being super tidy (and smelling good). Very nice property centrally located to area activities. House was very clean in a nice neighborhood, and we were provided with well defined instructions for the stay. Rhonda was extremely responsive when I shared concern for area wildfires. So glad I took her advice and continued with my stay because it was exactly as she explained. Really appreciated that conversation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would recommend.

This property is beautiful, and is exactly what we were looking for! It was clean, spacious, warm, and we loved the decor! I loved the view from the loft bedroom balcony, it was wonderful to overlook the golf course! We will definitely stay there again next time we come to Montrose!

Great place to stay!

We were very comfortable here - very clean, very roomy, well-equipped, nice quiet neighborhood, close to everything you need, great central location for sightseeing, even has a garage for your car. We would definitely stay here again!

Yes, the host was welcoming and responsive tonquestions. The unit was clean and modern. We visit Montrose several time a year and have stayed at several VRBO properties. Tondate this is our favorite

Cozy and very nice place

We had a very great time there. Everything was clean in order and the beds were comfortable. We will definitely stay there again next time we visit.

We stayed here as our “base camp” for our family of four to visit the national park. It truly felt like we were staying at a friend’s house. The kitchen is great and has everything you need including all of those nice to haves that other rentals don’t. Think coffee grounds, k-cups, sweeteners, spices, etc. It just makes traveling on the road that much easier. The house was comfortable and each kid got their own room. Heck, we even all had our own TV! Having the single car garage was also a nice perk. In short, the reviews on this property are justified and the owners have earned them all.

Very pleasant accomodations

This rental was very well appointed and clean. Would stay here again. The only drawback was the main bedroom was on the second floor.

EASY ACCESS TO SPECTACULAR PARKS!

The home met all our needs and the garage was a bonus. Lots of options for shopping and dining. The kitchen had eveything we needed to cook qhen not dining out.

Montrose Gem

This is a beautiful property right on the golf course and centrally located to everything in town. Easy access to all the outdoor activities in the areas, rivers and mountains. Definitely look forward to coming back and spending time at this property.
