Probably the most well organized place we have ever stayed, perfect for our day trips to Colorado National Monument and Black Canyon National Park. Would absolutely recommend this location.

Toni's house was so lovely and relaxing! We played board games with our kids and grilled out in the backyard on soft grass under a black willow while the sun set. It was peaceful and necessary for our family. Toni is a great communicator and clearly excellent at hosting!

We had a wonderful stay in Montrose. Very comfortable beds and furniture, nice bedding and towels and very well stocked overall. Our dog loved the large shaded grass yard and so did we. Toni and Pete were super hosts! Since our son lives here we will definitely stay here again.

I had such a comfortable stay here! Everything felt very intentional, which made the home feel welcoming and easy to relax in. The fenced yard was a huge bonus—it was spacious and perfect for letting my dogs run around safely. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful, pet-friendly stay!

Our family of 4 families stayed in both duplexes and we were beyond impressed. We've done quite a few family vacations together and stayed in vacation rentals but hands down, all of us agreed, this was the best one we've ever stayed in. They were immaculate in cleanliness, presentation, and amenities. Everything you could need is there. The beds were comfortable and the water is hot and plentiful. Convenient location to everything in Montrose. We would highly recommend this property. Toni has set the bar real high and we'll be forever comparing anything else we stay in to our enjoyable time in her homes.

Great place to stay!

The house is a lovely, light very clean space with a great yard and you can see the mountains. We flew in and had everything provided there for an easy, very comfortable stay. It’s our go to place when we visit Montrose
