Good, clean twinhome! Host was responsive and friendly. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Good sized place for 2 couples. We came for a golf tournament and had fun “golfing” in the backyard. Met the friendly adjacent neighbor lady. Nice neighborhood and good location. A little on the higher priced comparibles, but worth it. Would stay here again.

Our host, Michelle, is great! Very easy and efficient to communicate. The house is perfectly set up, and we can’t ask any better. It has everything you can imagine. Super clean and comfortable. We will definitely come back when we visit Montrose next time!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The home is extremely clean, modern, and well-maintained. The AC kept us perfectly cool, and the auto-blinds were a fun, high-tech touch. We especially enjoyed the gourmet kitchen and the great deck amenities.A few helpful tips for future guests: Coffee Maker: The kitchen has a Nespresso machine, so bring Nespresso pods if you prefer espresso over standard ground coffee! Sleeping Arrangements: Aside from the two comfortable main bedrooms, the fifth sleeping option is a couch or blow-up mattress setup rather than a traditional pull-out sofa.Special shout-out to the next-door neighbor, who was very considerate with their dog whenever we were outside. Overall, a great property—we would definitely stay again!

It was a wonderful stay. Very close to South Rim of Black Canyon of Gunnison NP. The place was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Would stay again.

Very well stocked and supplied place! Clean and comfortable. The only thing that was odd or uncomfortable was the lack of a door to the master bathroom. We’ve been married for 46 years but still like our privacy on the toilet. Overall, very nice place.

Great place to stay! Beds were great, hot tub was enjoyable after long day riding our motorbikes to Durango.Kitchen fully stocked, even though we didn't do any cooking there. Would definitely stay again.

The house was very clean. The kitchen was very well stocked. Beds were comfortable.The heating was different than what we were accustomed to. It took us a while to figure out how to operate the units and get the house at a comfortable temperature.

Wonderful time in Montrose

Great place to stay for our trip to Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Ute Museum, Museum of the Mountain West and hiking. Host communicated quickly, house is very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. Great location. Nice neighborhood.

Beautiful property, fits the name luxe retreat! Adjustable beds and ability to control temperatures of each bedroom separately were nice. Smaller sitting area for the TV but worked out fine. Great finishes throughout the home.

Inside of property exactly as described and place was clean. We did see a couple of large spiders but otherwise no other insects or pest inside. There were some bees/yellow jackets outside. Neighborhood was quiet and had a nice walking trial behind it. The property is a duplex and shares the back yard with another unit. Bathrooms were well stocked with soap and lotion and plenty of soft towels for use. The ensuite bathroom did not have door. This was not as issue for my family but may be for others depending on make up of travelers. Kitchen had all the supplies needed and then some. The pans were a bit scratched from prior use but there was a large variety of cookware to choose from.Property was very close to stores and airport.

The home was beautifully decorated and was very clean when we arrived. Beds were comfortable and the primary bedroom had an adjustable incline bed. Although we didn’t use it much, the kitchen was fully equipped with updated appliances and had a few cooking basics. The host was very responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we visit family.
