The interior of the property was excellent. Clean, well furnished, and designed. The neighborhood was quiet. Parking and main access is through an alley. The mini-split air conditioner in one bedroom operated with a loud rattle and high pitched whine. We had a particularly hard rain downpour and one of the skylights leaked in the dining room. Other than that the property was perfect for our needs.

Very close to national park and other spots such as airport.. The upstairs bedroom with bunk beds the air conditioner was extremely loud. Fortunately, we did not use that room. If someone else had stayed with us, really only the upstairs king room would have been cool enough. downstairs bedroom had to be kept open to cool living room area so not a cool room. For our needs it was adequate. Nice that kitchen had some condiments, coffee, filter, etc.

Our stay was enjoyable. House was very nice. Kitchen was equipped with everything I needed. Prepared food for our son’s wedding. Would definitely stay again.

Weekend Stay

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The property is comfortable and beautifully decorated. We will definitely be staying here again next time we are in Montrose!

Close to Black Canyon of the Gunnison

The rental was in a quiet, safe and convenient neighborhood and afforded us a short drive to the national park.

Great spot!

Very few places we have stayed before focus on the quality of the beds - this place had fantastic mattresses in all three bedrooms!

Contemporary thoughtfully appointed cottage

Convenient and quiet - with everything we needed for a cozy stay. I especially liked the air conditioner/fan in the bedrooms with easy wireless control.

A good home for 8 people

We liked this home a lot and located in the prime location but quite neighborhood of Montrose. If I get a chance, I will definitely stay here.

Everything was great and was as advertised. The only issue we had was that it was very warm in the house when we arrived (79 degrees). One of the AC units (bunk room) was not working.

Great space and great location!

Hosts were very communicative and helpful. The home was very comfortable and spacious, with a large kitchen. Plenty of room for our crew! The location was great and easy to get to with a straight shot to the mountains and the airport! Would strongly recommend this host and location! Thanks!

Bike and Golf Montrose

Two friends and I stayed at the home for a few days while we biked and golfed our way around the western slope. The house was perfect and the location was just what we needed, because it was close to Main Street but quiet and peaceful.

Cute bungalow

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for two couples. The kitchen is nice and large. The only thing that I would add are some shades on the entrance side of the house. It was warm when we got there but we were able to cool it down with the fans. We would stay there again if we came back to Montrose.

We had a delightful time. The house was close to all the areas that we want to visit. We even went to the Hot Springs. The only downside was the air conditioning but we cleaned the filters and hosed down the compressor and the house got cold.
