Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Clean and spacious close to downtown. Minutes to the Cerise Dog Park and Montrose Water Sports Park. You can take a hike or bike to the famous water park in Montrose. This beautiful home is equipped for your stay. The kitchen has everything you need. The master bedroom and the living room has a desk space perfect for anyone working during their stay. It has a 2 car garage where you can park your car. Fenced backyard. The house is a duplex and are both Short Term Rentals. The duplex is located in a peaceful small subdivision.
The subdivision is close distance to gas station, wine store, and convenient store. It's 4 mins away from the grocery store and downtown Montrose.
The location is central to many destinations including Black Canyon of the Gunnison, Crested Butte, Ridgway, Ouray and Telluride. Like the saying goes, Stay in Montrose and Play everywhere.

We stayed here while visiting Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. It was convenient to the park and area restaurants and shopping. It was overall clean and provided everything we needed for our stay.

The home was clean and offered everything we needed for our stay. It was very close to the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park, making it a coinvent place to stay while we explored the park and surrounding nature areas. It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer to do laundry since we had come from a camping trip directly to our stay.

Our second time staying at this house - that should tell you something. We really like this house. It is a nice, clean house. Easy to get to. Close to river trail and a really nice dog park. The house flows really well from the kitchen to the living room, and is great for family vacations! It is really nice to park inside in the attached garage. Back yard is fenced and easy access for dogs.

We had a great time at this very comfortable and clean VRBO. A much more enjoyable way for our family to spend time in Montrose, than any hotel ever could be. The owner was so helpful and made our stay super easy.

Good communication from host. Awesome place to stay! Pet friendly with a fenced in yard for dog to use. Very nice house with great room for a family. And attached garage parking for loaing and unloading your car.

Great spot just outside of downtown

Stayed here a couple times now - Luz is very responsive, house is clean and can store bikes in the garage, dog friendly. Will stay here again on any future trips to Montrose.

We had a very good stay overall. The home was clean, comfortable, pet-friendly, well-maintained, and the host was excellent with communication throughout the process. Everything was easy from check-in to check-out, and the property itself was very nice.The only drawback for us was that the home backs up to a very busy street, which created more traffic noise than we expected and made sleeping difficult at times. It would have been helpful to know that in advance when booking.That said, we appreciated the hospitality and care that clearly went into the home, and overall had a positive experience.

I have lived in this wonderful community for over 30 years. Montrose is the best place to live. I live here and enjoy everywhere. I hike, bike and ski around the areas. I can go as far as Moab, Aspen, Vail, Crested Butte, Glenwood Springs, Durango, and Breckenridge and be back same day. I have also lived in Ouray area for about 7 years, Ridgway, Silverton, and Telluride are so familiar to me. 1990 I moved in Ouray, Colorado and worked in a hotel and restaurant industry. I was very passionate about my job. Since then I have enjoyed traveling all over the world, stayed in different types of Airbnb's, and met wonderful host. I also enjoyed international cuisines and love to cook. I always desired to have my own Airbnb and become a host. Now I am very fortunate to be your host. My experiences in the industry has given me the expertise on how to become the best host.
