I've stayed at several properties in this complex, this was by far the best. Quiet, private, spacious. A very enjoyable stay.

Very nice place - comfortable accomodations. Lots of games or DVDs if you get bored. We didn't use the hot tub but the extra bathroom was nice !

Had a great time, stay winter park is a great management company, they're always on top of anything that is needed, I thought it was a bottom unit but I messed up, I have bad knees but the stairs weren't bad at all, the only thing I think would be great but this is just me is maybe some fansother than that everything you need is right there and the bed was very comfy.

Perfect stay in winter park

Awesome location and super comfortable condo. Great view of stream out back, bus stop right across the street, hot tub and pool a quick walk away. Easy walk to restaurants in town.

Fantastic condo great location

The condo was perfect for our weekend stay. It was super cute, clean, and well appointed. It was great for our kids, they loved all the games. For our weekend in the area it was a perfect location for everything we needed... skiing, coffee, breakfast, and friends!

This property worked out well for 2 people staying 4-nights. Appreciated the proactive communication from the property management company.Pros: clear instructions, steps from free shuttle to ski resort, near by dinning, cozy gas fireplace, clean, not far from outdoor hot tub at club house, great workout lugging luggage up and down 3 flight of stairs, which may be a con for someCons: hot tubs could use some maintenance (jet power was very low), kitchen has the minimum needed for basic cooking, nothing extra.

Cute and Cozy Condo

This condo was great for our 2-night trip to winter park. It was super close to the resort, shops, food, etc. It was cozy, yet spacious for 4 people (2 couples). Everything went really smoothly. We could have used some extra hand soap in the kitchen, but that's our only complaint. We would love to come here again. It was super clean! 10/10!

Perfect Colorado Mountain Condo

We loved our stay at this Winter Park condo! The kitchen had everything necessary to make all our own meals while were were there. The clubhouse is well appointed with a big screen tv, pool table, 3 hot tubs and a large pool. This location is close to good fishing, local breweries, grocery stores, restaurants, shops and multiple ski resorts and the year round gondola. We'll definitely be coming back! Our only suggestion is that it would be nice if the tv in the living room had a roku like the one in the bedroom does. Thanks for providing such a great place to stay for our outdoor mountain fun!

Out of date, very uncomfortable

Out says that it's updated but I didn't experience that. The kitchen and bathrooms are right out of the 80s. The master bed was so uncomfortable. Sleeping in the floor would have been better. This is the worst VRBO I've ever stayed in
