Vacation here at Ocean's Upon Us Beach Club -180 and enjoy a beautiful condo, right next to a beautiful beach, and 1 mile from Schlitterbahn.


Our updated 1BR/1BA first-floor condo with your own parking spot just outside your unit, plus resort-style amenities like a sparkling pool, hot tub, and fitness center, you’ll feel right at home.
You also get a full kitchen, a private balcony, one queen-sized bedroom, and one queen-sized sofa bed in the living area.
A beach parking permit is $16 for the year or you can walk to the beach.
This condo sleeps 4 as a maximum nuber of guests, however if you need a 5th person, there will be an additional $40 charge per reservation. Sleeping arrangements will be dependant on you as we only have the queen bed and queen sleeper sofa.

This is the perfect place! A would give it a 10 we had a fabulous time here. We did not need anything and the location was perfect for going to our points of interest! We would stay here again! Thank you Mike and Veronica for making our stay so special!!!

We enjoyed our stay. Renting side by side from JoyRide is a must! Location is perfect and ground floor made the experience easy for my elderly mother. The swimming pool was a hit for my kids and the beach was just a short distance. We enjoyed fishing off the pier and eating dinner at Brewster Street Icehouse. Will stay again!

Perfect location to beach. Kids loved the pool. Very cute condo fully stocked with everything we needed and then some. Only downside (out of owners control) was loud upstairs neighbors with a dog. Could hear a lot of noises through the ceiling. Would definitely rent here again.

I have vacationed on Padre Island many times over the years and this is my first choice for where to stay. The condo is always immaculate and fully stocked, it is convenient to everything and the owner takes care of his guests.

Wonderful beach getaway!

Property was clean and a great location close to the beach! Owner is fantastic with communication and helping accommodate adding an extra person to our stay. I will definitely be staying here again!

It says walking distance to the beach but it’s farther away than it looks. If you are traveling with kids you are more than likely not going to want to haul all your stuff to the beach by walking. We loved that none of the utensils or dishes were rusted. We have stayed in a lot of beach houses and there is always a lot of rust and usually have to go buy new items like a can opener just to make dinner. The balcony was disgusting and had bird poop everywhere, even on the table and chairs. But with the parking spot being right in front of the balcony it made it super easy to just unload right into the unit. One of the amenities listed was a car wash on the property but unfortunately there was nothing hooked up and there was no way to use it. Overall it was a great experience and we will be back! The bed was very comfortable!!!

The description of a 7 minute walk is a walk of two adults. We also apologize for the condition of the balcony upon your arrival. We do clean it in between guests, but the birds can be hard to manage. Thank you as well for bringing the car wash amenity issue to our attention. We will share that with the manager of the property.

Great location with easy walk to the beach as well as Brewsters, a new bar and grill, across the road. The complex was really quiet and has everything you need! communication was simple and everything was stress free.We really enjoyed our stay! Thank you Mike.

Perfect property and perfect location

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids. Perfect for a family of four with young kids. The location is right next to the beach and very close to the main road down the island. Plenty of shops and restaurants very close!

This is our second stay at the Beach Club and we really like the walking distance to the beach. Place is clean and safe. Only issue we had was we could hear the upstairs guests were running until 11:30 pm.

Mom and daughter get away

Loved the accommodations , very cozy and comfortable . Everything was close , cart rental a block away great sea food dinning a block away beach is walkable but we used the golf cart . Check in was a breeze and area was peaceful .

Nice stay

Stayed the weekend with spouse to go on a guided fishing tour. Everything was great and close to the beach, as well as a pool. Didn’t run into any problems with anything.

Nice condo!

We enjoyed our stay at The Beach Club. The condo had everything we needed to be comfortable. Very nice pool and hot tub, which we took advantage of every night.

We have been living in the Corpus Christi area for over 27 years and have enjoyed trips to the island whenever we have a chance. We hope that you will enjoy your trips here as well.

There is everything that you need here at this complex with a heated pool and fitness center along with a sauna. A gazebo and bbq pits on the property for you to enjoy. There is so much this property has to offer you will not want to leave.
