Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're so glad you enjoyed the convenient location, clean accommodations, easy beach access, and that your son had fun fishing from the dock. Those are some of our favorite features too! We apologize for the delay in getting your home ready at check-in and appreciate your patience while our team finished preparing it. We're also sorry to hear about the internet outage during the rainy evening. Unfortunately, outages can occasionally happen beyond our control, but we understand how disappointing that was when your plans changed. We also appreciate you letting us know about the roaches. Coastal environments can occasionally present these challenges, but we'll be sure to share your comments with our pest control team for follow-up. Thank you for choosing to stay with us, and we hope to welcome you back again soon!
