This 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath has all you need for a fantastic stay in one of America's greatest towns, Hilton Head! With 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, this beach oriented vacation townhome has all that you need to relax and get away. Flat screen televisions throughout, high speed internet, and HD cable provide you with plenty of entertainment should you encounter a rainy day.

Once you arrive, you may not need your car for most of your trip. The villa is walking distance to the beach (10-15 minutes depending on traffic and pace!.), the infamous Coligny Plaza (15 min.) with its shops, bakeries, and eateries. The bike paths are close by. Don't want to pack your bike? No problem! Renters get a discounted rate at Palmetto Bikes for bike rentals. They also have beach chairs and umbrella, bocce and more.

On the first floor there is a thoroughly supplied kitchen which has filtered water and tiled counter-tops, eat-in area, pantry, living area with Flat Screen TV, entertainment center, computer desk with Wifi internet access and a recently renovated half bath.

Off the living room, through a sliding glass door, our villa has a private outdoor space with chairs and a table to relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine after an fun day out and about. There is a grassy area near the walkways to the pool and tennis court for your pet to play right off the back outdoor space.

On the second floor, the front bedroom has a queen size bed, 32 inch LCD flat screen TV and a thoroughly renovated full walk in shower. The back bedroom has a king size bed, a 32 in. Flat Screen TV and its own thoroughly renovated private bath with a tub. A washer and dryer are also located on the second floor.
