Such a short walk to the beach. The one bedroom two bath was perfect for my husband and I. Everything you need is in the condo. Very very clean.

This unit was absolutely perfect for us. It was a short walk to the beach and had all the necessities such as a bikes, a beach wagon, and sand toys. The condo was comfortable and clean. The deck had a gate which was ideal for our dogs to enjoy the outdoor space with us. We will 100% book this unit for our annual HH vacation next year and years to come. Tom was great to work with.

This was our first time renting a summer house, so we didn’t know what to expect. House was fully equipped and professionally cleaned before our arrival. We had 2 kids and 3 dogs with us, and everyone had a pleasant experience. House is very close to the beach, there’s also a shuttle. Plenty of bike paths. Beach was wonderful! We found the house clean, and we left it clean. We are planning on returning next year. Thank you Tom.

Condo was clean & well supplied. Tom was quick to respond to any questions. Would def stay again & would recommend to anyone wanting a one bedroom unit close to the beach

Great Stay

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. This property is very clean, spacious, and convenient to the beach and nearby attractions on HHI.

the location was close to the beach and pool. The kitchen was well appointed with everything that we needed. It was easy to cook in. we liked that there were directions for everything and so easy to follow.

Perfect Island Location

Great location for an extended stay on Hilton Head Island. Easy walk to the beach, and short drives to outstanding numerous golf courses and many many great restaurants.

Superior Vacation Experience

We have stayed at this property for consecutive years and have enjoyed our stay each time. The property is extremely close to the beach and convenient to everything in town!

Relaxing and Convenient Home near the beach

My husband and I love this well-appointed and comfortable Villa. We love walking over to the beach, playing golf on the three Shipyard courses, and are amazed at the variety and quality of restaurants and entertainment just minutes away. We always stay here because it is simply the best!!!!

Relaxing Vacation

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We were close to everything while still having peace and quiet. The place was well-equipped with everything we needed for a beach vacation. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and we felt right at home.

A perfect bacation

Enjoyed our stay at this spacious, clean, and well-stocked condo, located a short walk from the beach and from Van Der Meer Tennis Center. Jane responded quickly and helpfully to several questions we had on arrival. This will be our go-to condo rental for any future Hilton Head trips. Highly recommended.

Outstanding location! Safe, clean, well kept, and loaded with amenities. Comfortable and close to the beach. Plenty of recreational gear. Villa included 2 bicycles that were so much fun. Plenty of free parking. Friendly and responsive owner. Overall, we had a fantastic time! A Thank you!

Beautiful sunrise and good surf fishing.
Lots of dolphins in the area.
Roomy and comfortable villa.

Home Away From Home

Our stay was very comfortable! And communication with our host Jane was exceptional. Everything we needed was provided—great amenities. Location is closest to the beach.
