We had a wonderful stay for the weekend. The condo was very clean and nice! David was a great communicator and friendly. Will definitely be back in the future!

David’s place is so wonderful for many reasons! I felt so at home here and it is a lovely, clean apartment with anything you could need. One of the deciding factors to me was location and that truly didn’t disappoint! Everything and I mean almost everything is 5 minutes away (as far as on the island) and Driftwood beach is so close! It felt other worldly to me. We happened to catch the butterfly migration…hundreds and hundreds of gulf fritillaries, dragonflies and pollinators! What a magical island! We will be back Thank you, David and team!

My wife and I enjoyed our stay on Saint Simons Island. The unit that we rented was clean, true to what was listed and conveniently located on the island. Our host was attentive to any text that I sent. We would encourage others to stay here. The unit had all of the necessary items for our stay.

Very convenient to everything, shops and restaurants. Close to the beach and park. The space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We will be back.

Very pleased with our recent stay at the Beach Walk. We liked the location, the upper level porch and the fully furnished unit. We would have walked to the beach but the rain forced us to take the car.

Host was extremely responsive and always replied within five minutes of any message I sent. The condo was immaculate! My wife and I enjoyed spending a lot of our time on the balcony, lounging and eating. All our neighbors were extremely friendly and we were lucky to have such cool and pleasant weather. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, and places of interest to visit. As Floridians, my wife and I hope to visit again soon!

We love this place!

Our stay was awesome. Very clean and it was the perfect location. We had a problem with the shower and the owner replied within mins and got the situation handled in great time. We will be staying here again!

Best place in St Simons

I have stayed at a few places in St. Simons and this place is the best. The condo was very clean and updated. The location is great and the availability of the property manager was great. I definitely recommend staying here.
