Sugar Sands offers panoramic floor to ceiling ocean views from the living, dining and kitchen area. With 2 beach sets ups (4 chairs, 2 umbrellas) you will not miss a minute of the breathtaking Emerald Coast. Absolutely the best gulf-front condo in Seagrove. Step out to the private balcony and down a few steps to the soft white sands of the private beach. This beautiful remodeled, beachfront unit has plenty space to relax as a group or to enjoy some quiet time while getting lost in the waves outside your gulf view windows. Beach Service runs from March to October.

Sugar Sands features an open concept living room, dining and kitchen are with fabulous views of the beautiful Emerald Coast everywhere you turn. It has panoramic floor to ceiling windows so you do not miss a minute of the breathtaking gulf front views. New LVP flooring has been added throughout as new loving room sofa has just been purchased. The living room also has a flat screen smart tv with cable and a dvd player. The kitchen is fully stocked with every cooking item imaginable, a new stainless steel refrigerator, a Bosch dishwasher and we are continuing to update appliances this spring. The bar area offer seating for 4 and the dining table offers seating for 8.

Sugar Sands has a wonderful master suite, with comfortable king bed, a flat screen smart TV and a peek-a-boo window with gulf front ocean views. Imagine rolling over and waking up to those beautiful waves rolling in. The luxurious master bath has a dual vanity sink, a separate shower with mosaic shower floor tile and a glass door surround. The guest queen bedroom is down the hall. It has a flat screen tv, a comfy chair perfect to read a book after a long day at the beach and it has its own private bathroom with a bathtub/shower combination. The third bedroom is perfect for the little ones or maybe a teen or two. It features two bunk bed sets, one with twin over a twin bed and the other with a twin over a full bed.

This complex is gated to keep others from over crowding the parking and the beach area. Sugar Sands is located in the Sugar Dune Complex which is perfect placed so it is close to shops, restaurants, but luckily it is not in the chaos of it all. If you are truly looking for a great vacation experience that is just off the busy path and truly relaxing, you can't go wrong at Sugar Sands.

We so loved this property the view is amazing and comfortable property.

The view was incredible from the main rooms of the property and I loved the big porch with ample seating options. The beach chair service was a big plus also. We took advantage of the new charcoal grill on the property. We will return to this property again.

Awesome place!!

I loved everything about this place. It was immaculate, decorated very well. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked with any dishes/appliances you could need. The view is gorgeous and you can walk right out to the sand. The beach service is really nice too. This place spoiled me and I wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else.

Great Place!

The condo was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed for a great beach vacation. You’re just a few steps from the beach, and a 10 minute drive from town. Only note I would make is the master bedroom catches a lot of sound from the adjoining condo’s balcony- bring your sound machine.

Fabulous, spotless and the best view in the world!

We loved our stay, the home was clean, fresh and oh my gosh... that view was unbeatable. Being able to wake up to the ocean just a few yards away everyday was amazing. I will never forget the feeling of ocean view coffee, lol. Nothing else will compare. Management was very friendly, the HOA is picky about parking but management did tell us that in advance. As long as you park in your assigned spot and or in the provided garage, you will have nothing to worry about. We cannot wait to come back.

Great Chicks' Weekend Getaway

We loved our stay at this condo. The views were breathtaking, from the moment we walked through the front door! Loved sitting on the covered porch staring at the sugar-sand beach and sparkling water. On the way to the condo, we purchased four beach chairs and added them to the outside closet, where there were already two. Couldn't think of paying $200 to rent them, from Spyglass Beach Rentals, for just three days. Would love to visit again and bring my family. Lots of room to spread out!

Beautiful Property Great Location Fantastic Fishing

We just returned from spring break for our family of six. Plenty of room in the condo. Huge porch overlooking the beach. For those with little children this is perfect as it is the lower level with minimal stairs to the beachfront. I am an avid fisherman and the pompano run occurs in this area every April. Was able to catch many pompano and whiting right off the beach in front of the condo. Just need to put your bait in the backside of the first sand bar. Great fun!

Tasteful furnishings and accessories. Located directly on the beach. No obstructed views. Comfortable beds. Fully stocked kitchen. Entire back wall is windows to a gorgeous view. Can not wait to go back. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

5 Star Stay

We had such a great stay at this 3-bedroom ocean-view condo! The view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-stocked with everything we needed. One of the best parts was the private beach access—it made it so easy to get down to the sand in just a couple of minutes. And having two beach setups included (chairs + umbrellas) was such a nice bonus. No hauling stuff back and forth! The location felt peaceful but still close to restaurants, shopping, and anything else we needed. We'd definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.

I can't tell you how much we enjoyed staying at Sugar Sands. It was super clean and very well stocked. The beds were comfortable. The best part of all, though, was the view and location. You look right out onto the beautiful ocean and simply walk down one flight of stairs from the back porch to get out to the beach. While still on 30A, this is a bit quieter and separated from all the chaos of the Seaside area. You will not regret renting this! I wish we could go back!

The property was amazing. Location is excellent. Walk to the private beach was very easy. Umbrellas & chairs were set up at the same time daily!! Will definitely rent this property again.

Beach Trip First Week of March

We had a great time at this house and the views were amazing of the ocean! This was the first time that we have been to the beach at this time of year. It was never hot and there were no lines while we still enjoyed every afternoon in the sun on the beach!

Beautiful View - Not Baby/Toddler Friendly

We recently stayed at Sugar Sands with 4 adults and 2 kids. The view from the balcony and private parking in a garage unit were great features. The access to the beach from the balcony was a plus, so that sand did not get tracked in the unit. The things that I would keep in mind if considering booking this unit is that there are stairs to access it. It took many trips to the car and back, up and down the stairs, to carry in luggage and groceries. I wish the balcony felt a little bit more private from other units, but you give up the privacy for the direct beach access. One thing that we noticed was that the unit was not thoroughly cleaned prior to arrival. Our 10 month old, who was crawling, found multiple small toys and puzzle pieces on the floor that could have been cleaned up with a proper vacuum or broom of the area. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. One rule that we wished would have been more clear were the condo's beach rules. The rules state that no tents or canopies are allowed, however, we were not even able to set up a small pack and play for our 10 month old at the beach. I would travel to this unit again with adults, but it was not set up to be kid friendly, especially for toddlers and babies. I would recommend revising the guidelines for the rental and stating that ONLY chairs and umbrellas are allowed on the beach and absolutely no baby equipment so that other parents don't end up in our situation and have to go to a different beach spot to ensure their kids safety.

Gorgeous Views

This condo is beautiful & the large balcony was wonderful. You cannot get any closer to the beach. Stunning views from inside with all of the windows. But there were 2 issues: the toilet in the hall bathroom had dried “stuff” in it. Which was not good. The second issue was that there is a loud almost something turning on & running loudly noise 24/7. It comes on every 40 seconds & makes the sound for 10 seconds. It is very loud in the queen bedroom & the master bedroom & bathroom. Making it very difficult to sleep. Due to this I cannot give a 5 star rating.

Fabulous View

The interior is decorated lovely, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook in and nothing beats the fabulous view from the deck. Just a few steps down and you're on the beach. The host made communication very easy and check in was effortless. Thank you for letting us be your guests here!
