Gorgeous three bedroom, three bath spacious condo, on the third level (elevator for convenience), fully furnished with linens/towels, and a fully equipped kitchen., and a full size washer/dryer..

The large fully equipped kitchen, and great room have unobstructed views of the beach. Sleeping 8, this 3 bedroom condo offers plenty of space for everyone.

Three bedroom three bath, each bedroom with a streaming TV, (YouTube streaming TV package) included.

The master bedroom has a King bed and a private bath custom tub and and walk in shower. There are 2 guest rooms; a King bed in one (with a private bathroom), and a two twin custom bunks, and a queen sized bed in the other bedroom, with a shared hallway, bathroom.

The balcony is the perfect place to enjoy the sunsets and sunrises. You can access the beach from the balcony from a staircase just off of your private balcony. A wonderful outdoor living space for the entire family, day or night.

You can relax on your private balcony watching the spectacular sunsets, and watch the dolphins playing in the blue green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Just minutes from Seaside, Rosemary Beach, shopping, and dining.

Easy access to a seventeen mile bike path, with fantastic views of the coastal dune lakes (only a few exist in the world), and forest bike trails, taking you through intriguing flora, and fauna.

We will be back’

The reviews for this property was correct in that it is a bit dated. However it was comfortable and had everything you need. Location on 30-A! So close to their private beach which is a bonus for us. We will be back!

Great place to stay.

Location was the biggest factor for our family. You can't beat the location of this room. Very relaxed area with access to the beach right out the back door. Some parts of the room are a touch outdated but it didn't effect our ability to have fun at all. I think everyone in our family would agree, that they enjoyed the room.

Not what we expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and views were great along with the quick responses from the management company. But for the money and all of the HOA rules I expected more. The unit smelled like mold, it was not clean, cabinets had hair ties holding them shut, the padding on the deck was torn and my grandson (16 months) tripped over it several times, master bedroom door did not shut, one of the bathroom doors sticks and those are just a few of the issues. We expected more for the price and location!

Great location, but condo needs work

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was in a great location, with a beautiful view of the beach. But there were several things in the condo that needed repair. The toilet paper holder was falling off the wall as were pictures in the master bedroom. Two separate calls to the property management office were never returned.

Blissful Vacay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Sugar Dunes for many, many years but not ever at this particular unit. The management company was very prompt with response to a slow bathtub drain that we let them know about. The ice maker in this unit was a great Plus to have at the beach! Would have been a 5 star if the patio had new carpet with bar height seating to view out to the ocean but a small detail. Very good stay overall.

Needs serious updating

The location was amazing and the views fabulous. The condo itself was in serious need of updating. Cabinets were falling off, toilet paper holder in master kept falling off, the master bedroom door did not close all the way. The unit hadn’t been cleaned properly as we found luggage tags, clothes tags and book marks on the floor and on furniture. The unit had a musty smell that could be smelled before entering the unit. It did take several washes after we got back home to remove the smell from our clothes. Would consider staying again if the unit is updated

Beachfront vacation

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we loved our stay. Candy was very helpful. The unit itself needs a deep clean. Smells of mold especially in cabinets so we didn’t put anything in them. A few kitchen cabinets had very bad mold smell, we were afraid to use anything in them. Bought paper goods and washed anything we used first. Handle on sliding door broke off mid stay.

Awesome Condo!

Great location

Most everything was wonderful with a few exceptions. Door knob would lock but jiggle it and the door would opened. Towel rack kept falling off wall. When we arrived the air was off and it was 80+ degrees inside. It took all night and into the morning to cool down. But you can’t beat the view and the private beach is a game changer

Best location on the beach

This is a great lil place that is so convenient to everything. The property manager Candy went above and beyond to get something we left behind mailed to us. Great folks and always available

However, the 2 out of 3 bathrooms are very outdated, small, and dirty. The Wi-Fi was very spotty. On the day of arrival, the refrigerator took 24 hours to get cold after it was filled which is normal since they have a note by the fridge stating that. Due to the bathrooms, we would not stay here again. We were very pleased with the property management people.

Our fave place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First and foremost, I hate to give away our secret spot... but Sugar Dunes can’t be beat! Private WALK OUT beach, beach service, limited # of units, assigned parking, and simple rules to follow! We have stayed twice a year for years now and only veered away once (and it was not good). The units are older. Some are more updated than others but at the end of the day, we came for the beach and need a place to lay our head. All of the things mentioned above, can not be beat! This particular unit has had some updates and I feel is a continuous work in progress! Always trying to make it better. I always try to book with Candy and Gary first when we know our dates. It is nice to have a contact if something if ever needed and they are very on top of it! They call and check on your before you come and finalize last minute items, email/call back almost immediately, and are ready to serve you. Thank you, guys!

Great location

Love the location and beach access. We have stayed at Sugar Dunes before and have really enjoyed it. This unit, however could use some TLC. Front bedroom doesn’t cool down, the ceiling fan was too loud to run to try and cool the room. Master bathtub is very worn and needs to be replaced. Vent in master bath shower is very dirty. Front door bolt lock doesn’t latch unless you can pull up on the door which could be a problem if you have any physical strength issues. Balcony to beach stairs had the same issue. The biggest downer was the extremely musty smell in the unit. I realize we are at the beach and there is heat and humidity but it had a distinct cellar smell. On the plus side, loved the icemaker and it had all the kitchen items we could ask for in a beach rental. Washer and dryer also worked great. Water pressure in the showers was great and we never lacked for hot water. Beds were comfortable and loved the updated flooring. Overall we had a great week and will stay at this complex again, just will choose our unit more carefully. Management is very friendly and check in and out was easy. I don’t blame them for the issues; they are just the management and not the property owner, the owner really needs to make some updates and this unit could be a gem.

It was past check in time but no worries it is so, so busy on 30A this year. Once we began to unload there were many “opportunities” as to the cleanliness of the unit. After speaking with Candy she assured us we would be taken care of and we were. We all need to remember how crazy the times are. We enjoyed Sugar Dunes and will return.

Quick get away

Location is perfect, the building is quiet and family oriented, beach wasn't crowded and there was a great view. Condo had some updates but could use a little TLC. There wasn't any dishwash detergent or laundry detergent in the Condo so make sure you bring some.

Very disappointed- crazy Property Owners

Reviewer Comments: I am not one to leave a poor review, but all potential renters need to know this information. My family and I were so excited to reunite and spend the week at the beach together. I come from a very large family, and we were unable to find a home that could accommodate our size. So my small family shared this condo unit with my sister and two kids - total of 8 people staying in this unit. My parents and siblings rented other condos within walking distance of ours. The first day we arrived, the condo smelled HORRIBLE - like the bathrooms were never cleaned - which they weren’t because the house cleaners came back before we could report it to clean because they noted they forgot to have them cleaned. That’s not a big deal though, we were just happy to be there. After we get settled in, I invited my brother and his wife and two kids to come over to enjoy our first night together. Were had a fun, chill, family-filled night - no crazy eager. The next day, we couldn’t wait to hit the beach. My parents and family met us on the beach at our rented chairs and all had the best time... until I got an aggressive voicemail from the property managers. I called her back and she immediately began to yell at me screaming “YOU HAVE MORE THAN 8 PEOPLE STAYING AT THE CONDO AND ARE AT RISK OF BENING EVICTED!! WE HAVE RECEIVED NUMEROUS CALLS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE NOISE LEVEl!!” None of this was true. Long story short - not only can only 8 guests stay in the condo, but only those 8 guests are allowed in the condo! You cannot have anyone over when you are staying in this unit! My sister wasn’t even allowed to walk into our condo to go to the restroom without us risking being evicted. Further, only those 8 people staying in the unit are allowed on the “private beach” assigned to your condo - my family was not allowed to cross property beach lines. We ended up having to scoot 6 fox over to the public beach just so we could all sit togeth

But we spent most of our time on the gorgeous beach. We also enjoyed the large balcony with amazing views, enjoying coffee in the morning and a glass of wine in the evening. The condo was spacious and there was plenty of seating for our group of 6. We can’t wait to go back!
