This beautiful brand new 4 bedroom private home featuring over 2300 sq ft boasts luxurious styling & finishes, designer tile and granite, wood flooring, pro-grade appliances, central air, indoor surround sound and outdoor music system all activated by simple voice command.

There are multiple decks including a 500 sq ft roof top deck which will quickly become your favorite place on the property to hangout with AMAZING bay and ocean views, comfortable seating along with a private hot tub where you can soak your worries away while watching the sunset.

The furnishing in the house was all designed professionally by a local interior designer with brand new modern furniture and with 7 brand new mattresses and linens, and we did not go cheap on the mattresses, so there is no need to worry about having a bad night sleep in an old worn out bed.

Kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you will ever need, along with BBQ grilling tools & utensils for the gas BBQ, and bathrooms have a full stock of fresh towels, soaps and shampoos.

The house is also equipped with a 2 car private garage, and laundry room with brand new washer and dryer.

We are walking distance to just about everything from the bay, parks, ocean, restaurants, boat and jet ski rentals and tons night life.

We put a lot of thought and love into this home so your experience will be the best possible.

Excellent Location and Host

Alan was the best for our stay!! Offered all kinds of information for the area with suggestions for us to do on our visit. The house was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Plus it had great views of the bay and the hot tub was excellent. Would recommend!!

Great House, Great Location

House was as described. Clean, great location, Check in experience was easy, communication with Alan was very helpful. The weather was perfect for us to up on the rooftop. House was well equipped with amenities. It was really nice to have two car garage parking.

Wedding Weekend

Stayed here with friends for a long weekend to attend a wedding. House worked well for 8 adults. Really enjoyed the roof hot tub and views. Be aware the house does have a lot of stairs.

Great beach vacation!

We stayed here for 3 nights, the space was perfect for a group of 6. We really enjoyed the views from the property and the access to the beach. Check in was easy, and the host was friendly. The hot tub was a great amenity. We also had some questions for the host ahead of the visit which were all answered in a timely manner.

Great Location!!!

This was an excellent property - situation just a few blocks from the beach on Mission Bay. Plenty of space and fully stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic stay. Very clean and spacious home. Centrally located to downtown San Diego, Coronado and the zoo. Great restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Contemporary designed “home from home”

We had an excellent stay. Alan, the owner, was very friendly and helpful to provide all the information we needed on the property and advice on local restaurants/coffee shops. The beach was just a short walk away from the property. The property was very clean and comfortable. I would happily return for a future visit.

A wonderful stay!

I highly recommend this property for a great stay in the Mission Bay Area. So close to the Bay and other amenities. The owner was helpful and always available for our questions. We had 8 people stay comfortably at this property.

10 star property and host!

This home was perfect for our family get away! It accommodated me, my husband, our daughters (28 and 9) my mother in law, my sister and her 10 y/o daughter. Alan was the most responsive host we've ever rented from. He called before our arrival and covered all the details about accessing the property, parking, favorite restaurants, etc. The home was beautifully appointed and the beds were all very comfortable. The girls loved the bunk room and the roof top hot tub. I thought the nicest gesture was that Alan left us a package of nice coffee, a box of donuts and a welcome note. So thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful property and host

Wonderful stay. Host was communicative, accommodating, and extremely welcoming. Shared recommendations on the neighborhood and helped with bag drop prior to check in. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was fantastic. Can’t say enough about the property and hospitality.

Absolutely perfect

We used this as a home base for my best friends bachelorette party and it was absolutely perfect! So clean, beautifully decorated and put together, well stocked with all kinds of amenities and items (for example, they had makeup remover in all the bathrooms and coffee available, very thoughtful little touches), central location and the hosts were very responsive to any concerns we had. Would definitely recommend to anyone for any reason!

Beautiful rental!

Our family stayed at this beautiful property for 4 nights. Wonderful location, incredibly spacious, clean, and fully stocked property- with amazing decks with views! Alan was easy to communicate with, and responded immediately to any of our questions/request. While the beds were super comfy, they were a bit on the small side. But other than that- 5 stars all around. We will definitely be back. Anne

Beautiful House by the Bay

My family stayed in this beautiful home for three nights. We were in town to celebrate my son‘s graduation from UCSD and wanted a space large enough to share with my parents and children. We were extremely impressed by how lovely the home was and the excellent condition that we found it in. All of the furnishings were beautiful and comfortable, and the house was extremely clean. We loved sitting out on the multiple patios, and the rooftop Jacuzzi was a huge hit with our group. Any potential guests should know that the home has three levels and the rooftop Jacuzzi is on a fourth level up. therefore there are a lot of stairs to go up and down, which was completely fine with us because it also gave everyone a bit of personal space from the main living areas.

Fabulous Rental!

We had 7 people staying at this property. Three generations (from 9yr old to 59yr old). It met all of our needs. There was a great room for the kids and plenty of rooms for the adults. Everything was pristine and well kept. The distance to the bay was perfect and we loved being able to park in the garage! One of our favorites was the view from the rooftop! It was gorgeous! I would highly recommend this property. My only caution would be the number of stairs. If you have bad knees or you are unable to use stairs, this property is not for you. Otherwise...it is definitely five star!

Stole Money, Gross Grill, Lights Not Working

Do not stay here. We had to adjust our vacation by one night which was approved over a month prior to our stay and fell under the 100% refund policy. the owner kept the money until after our stay and decided that he would only give a portion of that nights fee back to us. He was extremely rude to deal with and was condescending when he said that i just didnt understand the math he was doing to process the refund….. um no, 100% means a full refund for the night and it shouldn't have taken him two months to do it. I booked through directly through vrbo and they are unable to help us as well. Additionally all of the lights in the master bathroom were not working and he made a big deal about sending a electrician out to fix them asking if we really needed the lights?!?Additionally we had planned on grilling at the house. i should have known better because the white wall behind the grill was completely black from smoke when we arrived. when i went to grill in the poorly lit patio that evening the bottom of the grill caught on fire because it was filled with charred debris. It looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a year and when we told him that it had caught fire he asked us to clean it out for him!!!!! I grill every week and clean my grill often but i didn't come on vacation to take apart and clean someone else's disgusting grill. You would think he would take more care of it due to the fire hazard. Anyway, don’t waste your time or money on this property.

Great group stay

Place was exactly as listed, clean, modern and close to the beach and other attractions. Four bedrooms over 3 floors meant, plus 4 outside spaces including the rooftop hot tub meant lots of space for everyone. The kitchen and living room were well designed, also, making it easy to make meals and still interact with others. The two full bathrooms are located within/between bedrooms, so one to note when planning who sleeps in the basement bedroom. But otherwise, a very nice place that we'd definitely stay in again and recommend.

Great place to stay. Host was very kind, informative and very easy to get a hold off. House has plenty of room and clean. Home is a block away from the bay/ beach and walking distance. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Alian for all your help and always being available. 5 star home

This is not just a vacation rental but a home we truly get to enjoy when it is available, so there has been a lot of thought and love that went into this home since we also enjoy staying there!

Took me over 2 years to find the a newer home since most are very old, in the right location with amazing views. Unlike the Mission Beach and other parts of Pacific Beach people are partying all through the night which makes it very hard to get a good nights sleep. Sail Bay is more upscale area of Pacific Beach and much less noisy.
