From setting up our cab to and from the house and ferry the hosts provided EVERYTHING we needed to snorkel away at the St. John beaches! So much local knowledge of the park and the food was shared that we couldn't take full advantage! Their water is superb and one thing we weren't aware of since we'd been away 35 years is that it is SO important that your guesthouse has a generater, outages are not if, but when! Coral Bay is on the quiet side and yet close to everything, perfect location.Best 35th Anniverary ever!

Our stay was amazing. Location just what we were looking for, the views amazing. Very quiet and low key area. Jack was very helpful with all the local info and having all the gear (car, snorkeling and beach needs) there for our use. Julie's mango bread was great.Only thing to note, the AC is quite loud, so even though it was quite hot out we opted to not use it too much.

Beautiful views from our studio. Johnny Lime and Skinny Legs restaurants were within a half a mile so it was a great location. Julie and Jack were very good hosts and have a wealth of information about everything on St. John.

It was a wonderful stay. Jack and Julie are amazing. We are already planning our next visit hopefully soon. The villa is in the perfect spot. Coral Bay is perfect for families or to able to relax.

Beautiful view of Coral Bay. Comfortable studio with everything we needed including beach chairs and insulated bag for day trips around the island. Jack and Julie are thoughtful hosts who live on the property. We loved our stay.

My wife and I had an excellent time ! Jack and Julie are terrific hosts and the accommodations are superb ! We strongly recommend Julie's cooking. The food is excellent and delivered right to the Studio. The glazed salmon was to die for. Also it is so convenient to be able to rent a Jeep there. We have been renting from Jack and Julie for the past 7 years, and have never been disappointed ! We look forward to our visit next year. .

We loved the Coral Bay side of St John and Jack and Julie's place was the perfect home base. The living space was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The deck was amazing and we couldn't get enough of the views! Julie's recommendations for beaches and hikes were spot on and the jeep and all the beach gear were a huge bonus. Julie is an excellent chef and we enjoyed two of her meals on the deck. We'd love to visit again!

My husband and I honeymooned here and absolutely loved our stay! The island is so great & Jack and Julie are amazing and so helpful! We are already planning our next stay with them!!!

Location was fantastic. Easy to get around. Our focus was the NP so it was perfect. Little convenience store next door. Good places to eat. Jeep rental very convenient and affordable. Snorkel gear was a huge plus. Lost power but backup generator was huge!!! Loved the porch for morning coffee and sunrise because you really do get to see them all. Would definitely go back. Julie and Jack, thank you for everything.

Excellent stay !

Everything was terrific ! The meals that Julie prepares are excellent. The Jeep rental is reasonable and very convenient. We had a great time as usual and we look forward to visiting again next year.

My wife and I spent 10 wonderful days in Julie and Jacks Studio in Coral Bay. It was very convenient to have the jeep rental at the property. We had a marvelous dinner of Scallops, squash and rice the first night and a fresh home baked mango banana bread waiting for us in the fridge. We enjoyed the beautiful views form the large porch overlooking Coral Bay Harbor. Enjoyed our day at the private spot on Hansen Bay swimming with the turtles and colorful fish! We will be back to enjoy Julie and Jacks hospitality again.
