This was our second stay and, once again, it couldn’t have been better. Classic beach cottage - great location, spacious kitchen, easy driveway parking, available bikes, perfect front porch and plenty of charm. We loved it and hope to be back again soon!

Charming, well updated and kept house and great location to North end beaches and edge of boardwalk. Downstairs bedroom/bath for older parents a big plus and AC and beach tags along with porch absolutely wonderful… Only gave 4 stars because of small things that could make a difference for price. We had a great week!

Classic Summer Home

The house was exactly as the pictures showed, perfectly decorated, clean and so cozy. It was perfect for our family and because we are at the start of the boardwalk we got our steps in as we walked every day to the main attractions. We will rent again.

Summer Beach Trip

Lovely house with an easy walk to the beach. Stocked with all beach essentials including bikes to get around the island. The front porch was great for relaxing in the mornings and evenings. Would definitely recommend.

Great location for family fun

This home is great for the true family shore experience. The bikes give you the opportunity to ride all around the area. The beach equipment provides everything you need for great days on the beach. Access to the boardwalk is quick and easy. We'll definitely stay here again.

Classic beach digs

Our family had a great time at this home. All were comfortable, had plenty of space. We used the bikes, chairs and beach tags. The front porch is a great place for having morning coffee. Hosts were very responsive to our questions and needs.

Great Beach Stay

The house has a well equipped kitchen, grill and plenty of bikes for guests to use. The house is in a quiet area but easy enough to get to the beach and boardwalk. The air conditioner in the second floor master is loud and the water pressure is light in the bathroom.

Famaily Time

The house was just as it appeared on the listing. It was very comfortable for the five of us. The location is excellent. Unfortunately, we did not have the best of autumn weather but that did not stop us from enjoying our stay. We can hope that Mother Nature will cooperate but she does have a mind of her own. Thank you for allowing us the use of your home.

What a great house, great location!! House was bigger then it was pictured… having 3 full baths was key. AC was amazing in house. Kitchen fully appointed with all necessities. Beach was 10 minute walk but only 40 seconds on a bike, for which there were all bike sizes to choose from, & all worked well. Driveway with 2 spots is a luxury in OC!! Overall we had a great week & felt right at home, very comfortable.

Great house and location!

We just had a wonderful stay at this house! The location was great - there’s a super close restaurant that offers takeout (delicious food; we ordered 3 times), a deli at the corner, an ice cream shop about a 5 minute walk away and a park about a 10 minute walk. It was perfect for our family with 2 younger children. The house was as expected given the pics. The porch was awesome - you have to have a good porch in OC. The 3 full bathrooms were also much needed as well as the outdoor shower. The garage was full of anything you need for the beach and my son just loved riding the scooter. We really had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again if we vacation in OC again.

Older home with window air conditioning that doesn’t cool well. Cleanliness - Had hair in all three bathrooms upon arrival. Feet were black walking around on the floor. Two of the bikes listed had flats and one a broken seat, so we could not do family bike rides. I would not recommend staying here are there are much nicer places to stay in Ocean City.

Week at Cozy Beach Diggs

The location of this house was great. A couple blocks from beach with lifeguards and bathrooms (not as crowded as some of the other beaches), easy access to off island (somers point, margate/longport/ac), bike or walk for coffee at Barefoot Market, ice cream at TJs, or to Cousins which is a great local restaurant. Comes with a bunch of beach chairs and bikes, a basketball net, outdoor shower and a great grill. Whole house vs a duplex which is most OC rentals so that was nice. Great porch. Kitchen appliances are old, air conditioners work fine but some are loud and could be cleaned better or replaced. Overall great place - could just use a little updating and a deep clean but really enjoyed our week and we would definitely go back! (Oh also, had to bring all our own towels and linens - was fine but didn't realize until I asked - so glad I knew beforehand... )

Felt like home away from home! Great location!Loved the corner lot with garage, amenities, driveway where the boys could play basketball and even set up our portable pickleball net!Loved sitting on the porch in the AM with coffee! The house was exceptionally clean, well equipped and beds comfortable!. The host was very Informative and responsive!

At the Beach

Loves the classic feel of this home. Lots of charm. Hard to find single homes in OCNJ like this to rent. The separate garage and the bikes and beach gear was an awesome perk. You’ll enjoy this home.

A mixed experience

Liked the house and the neighbourhood. Did not like getting burgled while at the beach. The door locks definitely need improvement and also need better information on how to make the back door secure. The broken screen may have invited attention too. It was a shame as a lot of money was lost and it was hard to enjoy the holiday after that.

Classic renovated cottage near the beach

Classic renovated cottage near the beach. We very much enjoyed our stay at this property. It is very close to the beach and an easy walk, bike or drive to donuts, coffee, restaurants, convenience store/deli, downtown shops, amusement parks. It was comfortable for two small families with children. Be aware that you should bring your own towels and bedding.
