Our property comes stocked with a starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags. Shower products like body wash, shampoo and conditioner are not included.
All bedding (sheets, pillows/pillow cases, blankets & comforters) as well as a full set of bath towels are provided, freshly laundered, and ready for you to enjoy!
This home is equipped with central heating & air.

Washer & dryer in-unit for easy laundry during your stay.

Guest Access:
Enjoy access to the entire 2nd-floor condo! This includes the bright living area, fully equipped modern kitchen, spacious dining area, three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Step outside onto your private front balcony to soak up the ocean breeze. You'll also have access to in-unit laundry facilities and off-street parking for one vehicle, plus ample free street parking. Beach gear, including beach tags, chairs, coolers, and a wagon, is provided for your convenience. Please note that the use of provided beach towels is not included.

Located just steps away from the gorgeous Atlantic Ocean, this neighborhood boasts breathtaking views and easy access to the sand and surf. Take a morning stroll along the beach, go for a swim, or simply soak up the sun on the pristine shoreline.

When you're ready to explore the area, you'll find plenty of local restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short drive away. Whether you're looking for fresh seafood, fun activities for the whole family, or a vibrant nightlife scene, you'll find it all in the surrounding area.

Getting Around:
Getting around Ocean City is easy! While this property offers off-street parking for one vehicle and free street parking, you'll find that many local attractions are within walking distance. For those looking to explore further, the Ocean City Transportation system provides bus services throughout the island. The nearest bus stop is conveniently located a short walk from the condo, offering routes to various points of interest. For travel to and from the area, the Atlantic City International Airport (ACY) is approximately a 40-minute drive away. Consider using ride-sharing services or taxis for convenient transportation to and from the airport and other destinations.

Other Things to Note:
GUEST VERIFICATION & SECURITY: All guests will be required to upload a valid Photo ID (Drivers License, Passport, Government ID) and verify with a “selfie” to the management company's secure, data encrypted portal before being allowed to check in. This information is required by our insurance company and is not used for any other purposes.

PET POLICY: For our listings that are pet friendly: Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. By bringing a pet onto the property, you agree to assume all liability for your pet's behavior and to indemnify and hold harmless the property owner and management from any claims or damages arising from your pet. Guests with pets are 100% responsible for keeping their pet under control at all times. Size/weight and breed restrictions may apply. For our listings marked “no pets” - this is strictly enforced. If you have a service animal, we kindly ask that you book one of our pet friendly listings.

SECURITY CAMERA DISCLOSURE: Please be advised there are security cameras present on this listing in the following locations: exterior front entryway/doorbell camera, exterior rear entrance and deck/patio/driveway area. These cameras may record audio & video footage 24/7. We absolutely do not nor will ever have recording devices of any kind inside the home or apartment or any other private area.

QUIET HOURS & MAINTAINING THE PEACE: Quiet hours are between 10pm and 8am. Guests must be respectful of our neighbors, other guests, and overall community at all times so that we may continue providing enjoyable experiences to all of our guests. Any disturbance incident that results in police involvement may result in the immediate termination of a reservation and removal from the rental without refund or warning. There is a ZERO tolerance policy.

NO SMOKING: All properties are ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING of any kind - this includes cigarettes, cannabis, vapes/e-cigs, etc. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris (do not throw butts on the ground). Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee.

Great location, better for shorter stays

The house was clean and modern/ updated but lacked things like wall hooks for towels, clothes hangers, and bath mats. We stayed for 12 days with two little kids so these types of items would have been very helpful for us. The outdoor lounge space is small (4 seats) with no grill or outdoor eating area which also would be helpful when traveling children for an extended stay. There is an outdoor shower for all three units on the property and no hose. Overall, the property management communicated quickly with us and the house and fridge were clean upon arrival. The location is great if you like to spend alot of time at the beach like we do!

My family and I were a party of 7, and we all enjoyed staying at this property. The home is spacious with two full bathrooms, which is a huge plus, especially coming back from the beach and needing to shower. The supermarket was a close drive, and we bought food and snacks for dinner and breakfast. Cooking was a breeze- everything worked and it was nice that pots, pans, plates, utensils, etc were provided. The beach is only a few blocks away, so we left our vehicle at the property and we walked to and from the boardwalk so that we didn't have to worry about looking for parking/paying the meter. This location was well worth its value and I'd recommend to anyone. My family and I look forward returning here again in the near future!

Can’t say enough good things about this rental and the owner! The rental was in a great spot, close to everything but far enough away to be quiet at night. We loved being able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. The owner was also very helpful and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Poor management communication

The property and location are fine. However, the management of the property needs improvement. I emailed the manager the day after check in to inquire about where the beach items on the listing were located. I got a late, brief, and rude response that did not answer my question...."We dont provide beach chairs." ok, but what about the items listed? Very disappointed.

OC in September

The Gardens of OC is beautiful and this condo is in the perfect location! The place was very clean and had all the necessary amenities. The front porch was a big bonus. We loved being able to bring our dog and the Longport Dog Beach is only a 3 minutes drive away. We will be back!

Wonderful week away

It was a wonderful condo, clean and well kept. Really felt at home while staying here. Close to everything but far enough for the quiet evenings. Definitely recommend this place and our family will be repeating tenets.
