Located on the famous Crescent Beach of Siesta Key, this beachfront garden-view property comfortably hosts 4 adults or a family with children. With amenities such as tennis courts, a saltwater pool, a white-sand beach with private chairs, and a large bar-b-q and sunbathing deck to watch the incredible sunset and share meals with friends, you can please all of your guests. You can also just walk the beach for miles and take photos of the dolphins. And a short drive takes you to the quaint Siesta Key Village with its shops, restaurants, and service establishments. The property has 24 hour security. Renovated in 2018, this condo is clean and well equipped. Come and create your memories here with us!

The condo was great. It was very clean and well appointed. The property was fantastic. Very nice pool area and beach access. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and would definitely stay again. It was nice being down at the quieter end of the island. Not nearly as crowded but still very close walking distance to good restaurants and entertainment.

Resort was great. Our room was a bit far from the beach, but clean. The cooking pots, pans, and lid had to washed before we used them. There was no SOS for scrubbing them, but I borrowed from a friend in Sarasota. There were only three small spoons. We bought plastic spoons at Publix. The knives weren’t sharp and we chop vegetables and fruits a lot. There were plenty of towels both for the beach and the bathrooms. The room was clean, the tv was great, and the beach was wonderful.

The room was beautiful and very accessible to the beach. The room had everything you need. We did rent umbrellas and the service was just as soon as you walked down to the beach. Very easy to get to.. The condo had lounge chairs. All you had to do was drag them down to the beach which was a great asset. The beach and water was beautiful.

Property at Siesta Dunes was fantastic. The property was exactly as advertised and had a great pool and access to the great white beaches of Siesta Key.Host and Property managers on site did very well with the communication pre and during our stay.Kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook and have every meal. My only down was the ice machine did not work. One minor recommendation would be to have hand soap available in all bathrooms and kitchen. Plus, some water in the fridge for when guest initially arrive on a hot day.

Hi Steve: We're so glad to hear you had a great time and we hope to have you back. The fridge is fairly new but Bosch admits to a design flaw in the ice machine so it is disabled. However you can get cold filtered water on demand. I'm letting you know so you can use this feature next time. In addition to the ice trays in the freezer, ice is available in the clubhouse so guests can fill their coolers on the way to the beach. We agree with you that little amenities make a difference. Excellent location and comfortable accommodations

We love Siesta Dunes location on Siesta Key. This was our first time to stay in this condo, and it met all of our expectations. Hope to return again another time.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is even more spacious than it appears in the photos, beautifully decorated, very well maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable vacation.Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish. One feature that was especially important for our family was the elevator, as my mother has mobility challenges, and it made getting around much easier.The free trolley stops right at the front of the building, which was incredibly convenient. Shops and restaurants are also within walking distance, about 10–15 minutes away.The amenities were great, including the pool, hot tub, well-equipped clubhouse, spacious sun deck, and grills available for guests to use. Beach chairs are provided, although umbrellas are not.Without a doubt, the highlight of our stay was the breathtaking sunset every evening. The views were absolutely unforgettable.I would highly recommend this property to friends and family, and we would gladly stay here again on a future visit. I wish they would allow golf cards to park in our spot overnight.

Great Location.

The accommodations were very nice, and the condominium was well maintained. Parking was very convenient, and access through the gated entrance was smooth.

Just as described!!

Loved this clean, nicely decorated condo. Had everything we needed including a beach umbrella. The beach is just a short walk and absolutely beautiful.

Fabulous Find

This was our second time staying in this condo at Siesta Dunn and we enjoyed it both times. The grounds and the condo are well kept and clean. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. My friends and I have been traveling together for 12 years and consider this trip one of the most beautiful and relaxing.

Great location and apartment

We spent a week here and had an amazing time! The apartment was very clean and just as pictured. Katherine was very easy to communicate with and very accommodating. I would rent from her again.

Our parents purchased this condo as a vacation property for our family of seven. We, the five children, all grew up together on this beach! We all have different hobbies when we vacation there - our brother fishes, some of us golf, some of us walk the beach every morning, and others visit the various malls. We also love the Ringling Museum and the Marie Selby Botanical Gardens. Our kids especially love the Mote Marine Museum! The area has matured as we have matured, with award winning restaurants and well-attended art festivals of various kinds.

Because our lives are busy and we are not always there, we are happy to share this little piece of paradise with other families that would like a holiday spot that they can return to year after year.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

The best part of the vacation for families is the convenience factor. Three airports are nearby: Sarasota SRQ, St. Petersburg and Tampa, so booking is easy, as well as car rental. The choices are limitless. Once in the village, the Publix grocery store is just over the bridge. You will be relaxing before you know it! I admire the Siesta Dunes grounds; there are beautiful palm trees everywhere, the vegetation on the property is abundant and people are friendly and helpful. Join others at the deck for the daily sunset glass of wine and listen for the trumpet player who plays The Last Post as the sun goes down. It is my piece of heaven!
