Beautiful location, gorgeous inside and out, easy parking, in the heart of quaint downtown Damariscotta with access to restaurants and shops. Owner was warm and welcoming and made sure we were comfortable and happy.

The unit is right in town but off the main street which made it very quiet. The gardens are beautiful and the place was very clean.

Heart of the quaint community center. Property manager very responsive. Apartment is a bit stuffed with furniture and decor. Interesting books. Good tips on activities and restaurants in area. Overall a good place to stay as a base for exploring the area.

Midcoast Holiday

All of the touches one could want for a holiday. From the games and books, a first aid kit, and coffee, Lisette has taken care of all a guest’s needs. Close to cute cafes, shops, and the river.

Excellent place to stay in town.

We loved the gardens, fire pit and private dock. So nice and quiet, yet so close to all the shops and restaurants. Pretty much perfect for us!

Cozy cottage right in town

Immediately felt at home in the clean, comfortable, and safe inlet right off the main road. Lissette's communication and presence was perfect and so kind. It had everything we needed and would definitely stay again. Loved the sleep number bed!

Great stay

Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Clean and comfortable. Lissette was very welcoming. Perfect place to explore the area. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Enjoyed the firepit and the beautiful view of the river from the Adirondack chairs. Will definitely return. The Maine Botanical Garden is a short drive and worth a visit.

Lovely Little Apartment

Very cute apartment perfect for a jumping off point to lots of wonderful Maine adventures. Lissette communicated quickly with any questions we had. Damariscotta was a perfect place for our summer vacation!

Cozy and comfortable

Great downtown location. Easy walking distance to anything you need. Lisette is wonderful and the unit is clean, brightly decorated, cozy and quiet. Very fun place to stay and we would go back without hesitation!

Place was just perfect! A wonderful mix of boho and unique, one of a kind decor. Place was cozy, close to everything and so clean. Owner wad perfect amount of helpful and friendly. Will definitely rent again!
