It is a very nice little apartment and the host Ben was a very nice guy with a lot of knowledge about the area, and close to everything. Will definitely be staying again

Our host was very nice and accommodating! The place was easily accessible and close to the most beautiful harbor towns and lighthouses in the NE! We totally fell in love with the quaint, friendly town of Boothbay Harbor!! We even spoke with a real estate agent about a house that’s for sale. We had a lovely time staying here!

Benjamin was a great host. The apartment was clean and cozy. Everything was just as advertised. Loved that it was so close to everything. Will definitely be going back.

Perfect for what I needed. Quiet and clean location close to both Boothbay and Newagen. Host was friendly and offered good recommendations for local outings.

Ben was an excellent host. Very accomodating and kind. We were driving to Maine in a storm and he checked in with us to make sure we were safe. Private, clean and welcoming space. Thanks for making our weekend great in Boothbay!

Outside entry area would have been really nice and attractive if neatened up and landscaped a bit. Inside was nice and clean. There was NO kitchen sink, so it was difficult to wash silverware or even a wine glass. Location was great and very quiet!

Interior of ground floor apartment very nice. Comfortable space. Kitchenette: only micro and toaster oven, so limited to prepare any food. I ate in town of brought back take out. Only sink is in bathroom. Outside ground-floor patio type entrance had many objects that would be best put in a shed, unseen. (rolled up rug, roll of electrical wire, broom, couple of large plastic container... clutter). Boothbay Harbor - few minute drive. Nice to be close to that area. Private road was nice for walking my dog in the morning and evening. Host was available for texts and any questions.

The owner was very gracious and welcoming. While not 'exactly' what I personally expected, it was a nice property. I was hoping or should I say expecting water views but that falls on me. Some pitfalls, no kitchen area, sink or stove.

I would highly recommend this property. Very clean, spacious and close to all ammenities. The host Ben is knowlegeable of the area and has a great sense of humor. Boothbay Harbor is one of my favorite vacation places and now i have a new favorite place to stay!

Benjamin is a New Jersey born gentleman, employed by NJ Bell Telephone for 30 years and started his own Burglar Alarm Company in 1989. I always loved the New England States, but once I came to Boothbay Harbor my quest was over. I've been coming to Boothbay for 34 years for vacation , before buying property and building this home in 2008.
I enjoy people and added 2 rental apartments /suites so that others can see what a beautiful place I have found . I'm sure most will love BBH as I do.

My house is 1.6 miles from the center of Boothbay Harbor. There is soo much to be enjoyed , some right here , some on beautiful rides through the countryside.
There are many light houses you can kayak to, great places to hike on our waterfront preserves , many ocean front restaurants, museum's both locally and within a 30 mile drive, and great souvenir stores. Take a boat ride, go see the seals, maybe the whales, maybe the Puffins. Stop by here on your way to Bar Harbor and Arcadia Park. Come see the Tall sail ships, and Yachts, or go out deep water fishing.
