A clean, cozy place, with a great view from the cottage and surrounding property! Grounds were great for a stroll. Host was friendly and responded quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Mindy and Kevin were great, very responsive to our questions and very useful when recommending local places to eat and visit. The property itself is wonderful and the view is amazing. We booked for next year on our second day to make sure we had a time slot.

The cottage is just as described, on a private, pretty cove with a lot of open space around it. Easy to access the Hendricks Head beach by car, also lovely just to relax on the property and watch the tide go in and out. Was also happy that I could bring my dogs along on my vacation.

This cabin is an absolute gem! It’s cozy, clean (no musty smells like many old cabins) and very private. My husband, 2 large dogs and I had everything we needed and more. There was plenty of land for the dogs to roam with no neighbors in sight. It was such a relaxing setting with a beautiful window view of the bay to watch the boats sail by right from the couch with a good book or you can sit out by the fire (wood provided) and take in the amazing view from the lounge chairs under the solar lights. It was so well appointed that my husband forgot his book and was able to find a perfect replacement right on the bedroom shelf. It’s a short 10 minute drive to Booth Bay where all the restaurants and cute shops are. The owners were quick to respond and respected our privacy. We would definitely rent this again. Be sure to check out the Botanical Gardens in Booth Bay while in the area. The trolls are neat to see.

The property is located in a secluded cove with plenty of space outdoors to run around and enjoy the space. It's a lovely spot and we had a wonderful stay.

My husband, our 3.5 grandson our dog and I stayed for 2 nights while visiting Maine Botanical gardens. The home was perfect for us and the listing information was exactly what was offered. Would definitely stay here again.

THE PLACE WAS VERY CLEAN AND IN ORDER, MULTIPLE SUPPLIES LEFT WELL STOCKED . THE ONLY PROBLEM WAS THE TICKS OUTSIDE WHICH IS REALLY A MOTHER NATURE PROBLEM BUT SOME INSECTICIDE ON THE GROUNDS MIGHT HAVE EASED THE PROBLEM . OTHER THAN THAT THE PLACE WAS GREAT AND WILL COME BACK AGAIN.

Loved the location, the views are amazing, lots of privacy, well equipped! But way too many decorative items ( small cottage for so many items) ! Cottage needs MAJOR makeover! Very uncomfortable furniture, old, need bigger table! Floor was filthy! I went to wipe a spot of water accidentally spilled, and my rag was black!!! I absolutely loved everything else and would want to go back for the location , views and privacy but will not because of cleanliness, too small, , crowded and very outdated furnishings.

We loved our stay. The view was beautiful and cabin was super cute. Very peaceful weekend. Our dog Greta loved the yard. Mindy & Kevin are great !!! We definitely enjoyed our stay !
