Good family place for a beach retreat

Very close to the beach - only a 5 minute walk. It is located right in the center of Folly Beach which gives it quick access to the pier, restaurants and stores. Recommended.

Best location

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The location was the best thing about it. It’s in walking distance to the beach, many restaurants , a market& many shops. Folly Beach was amazing!

Great Location

The condo was in a great location with ocean views and a wonderful balcony. We appreciated the washer and dryer and the place had many things stocked here and there we were happy to find. The place was very clean. Parking was great and we would gladly stay here again.

We love Folly

Great week at Folly Beach

Great location and condo. Check in process and all communication was wonderful. Everything was clean, well maintained, and furnished. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome location

We were able to walk to everything in FB. The only time we drove was to get a few groceries. Lovely place with amazing views as well!

Great location and unit

The condo was well stocked. Great kitchen- pots, pans, appliances- Bath and linens great too. Loved the covered porch with ocean view. Elevator is a big plus, easy parking and quick access to the beach. My only wish, would have liked more tv channels for bad weather days.

Great views and convenient location

Really enjoyed the views from the porch and proximity to restaurants, coffee shops and shops. The unit itself needs to be updated big time. The furniture was outdated and needed to be thoroughly cleaned or replaced. Overall the space was functional and we enjoyed our stay. The kitchen did have plenty cooking equipment and that helped.

Perfect location!

My husband and I have come to Folly Beach for 10 years now. My son lives here so we come to visit. We spent 2 weeks at this condo and we were very pleased with it. Location couldn’t be better . It was equipped with everything you could need and then some. As someone previously said, the rug was tough on bare feet. That is about the only negative I could say. We would definitely stay here again.

Great location, nice view

We loved the short walks to the beach, the pier and all of the restaurants. There is a nice view of the ocean from the deck . The condo was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. It is clearly an older unit and the furniture could use some updating but the price is reflective. My only big complaint is the burlap-textured grooved carpet throughout that actually hurt to walk on with bare feet. Super fun town and great spot for long walks on the beach!

Easter week

Loved the location on Folly. Condo had all the right kitchen items, even spices. Contact person was quick to responses prior to trip. One note is that only one bedroom may have had an issue with bedbugs. I’m not sure that’s even what it was, but only my husband I got bit up during the sleep hours. The others that stayed with us did not.

Yearly girls trip. Age range 50 to 70

Property owner responded quickly to hot water issue. Yes, we had hot water, the lever is backwards in the front bath. Property could use some updating in the living room, but as a vacation rental it is just fine. Nice kitchen with everything you need. Property suited more for a family or a group that likes to be in the heart of the action. Situated on one of the main streets, right in the center of town. You can sit on the deck and see and hear the ocean. Easy access to beach. Restaurants a few steps away as well as coffee shops. Love that there's an elevator!

Great Location, Nice Large Porch and Views

We really enjoyed our week stay and had a great beach week! Here are some pros and cons of the property: Pros: -GREAT central and convenient location -Large front porch with views of Center Street and Beach -Well-equipped kitchen -Spacious and well laid out Cons: -The carpet desperately needs to be replaced. It is like an industrial outdoor carpet and is not comfortable at all. It hurt to walk through the condo and we wished we had brought slippers (we did not want to wear our sandy flip flops inside) -The bedding was stained with what looked like paint -Washcloths were VERY ROUGH (just pack and bring some since there's laundering is easy in the condo) Our biggest con is the negative attitude of Gail next door, managing the property for the owners. We were told in the email prior, not to arrive before 4 PM. However after a long travel day, and being 8 months pregnant, we arrived at 3:45 PM and wanted to see if the condo was available yet. We were greeted by Gail outside who was VERY RUDE. We left for 15 minutes and came back around 4:10 PM to check in but definitely didn't appreciate the unnecessary tone upon arrival.

Everything about this condo is comfortable- location, elevator for third floor, distance walking to the beach and restaurants, parking lot, everything you need within the condo, and even the safety or the area. We love this condo and will be back!

Loved our stay!

We stayed for the month of February. We very much enjoyed our stay. Great location. Very roomy and comfortable. Great view of the Ocean from balcony. Walkable to everything and the town had a great vibe. Mostly it was just my husband and I but also had some family stay a few days. We would definitely come back.

Awesome location

I have stayed here 4 times now and love the location. Very simple furnishings that could use some updating but good linens, towels and beds. The parking and elevator is good. My only complaint would be the flooring. It’s like bamboo or something so just bring some house slippers, lol!
