The unit was clean as per reviews. The kids had fun at the beach, pool, and splash pad. Seeing their happy faces is what these vacation are all about!! We all enjoy our stay.

Excellent location for a family vacation! The property was well maintained. I also appreciated the visibility of property management staff and security. I would definitely stay here again.

The beds were comfortable and beach views throughout the day were very nice. Room was clean when we arrived, and plenty of parking outside.

The space was perfect for 5 adults . It was clean and as pictured. The dryer made weird sounds so we opted not to use it and the kitchen was lacking a few things but the location was perfect and I would stay there again .

Wonderful Stay!

We had a great stay at Phoenix V for our Orange Beach Vacation. Our property manager was quick to respond to any messages, the property was very clean, and the condo was beautiful. My family enjoyed the condo and our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Clean, perfect location, responsive host. First time staying in Orange Beach and will definitely be staying here from here on out.

Terrific beach location

Loved this place. Everything was clean, in good order, and the view of the Gulf from the balcony in the morning and evening were incredible. We are already planning to come back!

We loved the property & would go back again! We loved the lication & the pools & splash park & hot tubs! Elevator malfunctions were the only issue.

Great place!

Exactly as described! The owner is very responsive and super helpful/friendly. We have always enjoyed the Phoenix V and this trip was no exception!

Great Week!

We had the best week!!! Easy check in and check out. It’s in the BEST area and close to everything. Beach and pool access is amazing. We will be back for sure.
