This home is has been beautifully decorated with guests in mind. The home's main living level features an open living area that overlooks the beautiful kidney-shaped pool with a built-in spa. The living room features a large sectional with a built-in Queen sleeper sofa and a large, 55-inch flat-screen TV. The open dining area has a table seating for 8, with a breakfast bar that will seat up to 4, and seating for 2 at the island. There is also a built-in wet bar. The beautiful open concept kitchen is well appointed and features high-end appliances and a built-in range top on the large center island with a breakfast bar. The adjoining screened porch overlooking the pool offers dining seating for 6 with cushioned lounge seating.

The main living level Bedroom (Bedroom 1) is furnished with a King bed and a Twin size sleeper chair, which opens to a charming screened porch, perfect for a relaxing morning coffee. There is a 47-inch flat-screen smart TV for streaming your favorite entertainment. The primary bathroom has a large walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub, and dual vanities.

Upstairs are two bedrooms and a great room. Bedroom 2 is furnished with a King bed and a twin daybed with a trundle and has an all-new ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Bedroom 3 is furnished with a King bed and a TV. The large loft area Great Room between the two bedrooms functions as an additional living and sleeping space. There is a full bathroom with a tub and shower combination accessible through the Great room. There are a sleeper sofa a large 55-inch flat-screen tv, and a twin daybed with a trundle. This additional living space gives guests flexible bedding options, making this home a great option for guests traveling with multi-family groups.

The showstopper is downstairs in the pool and patio area. The salt-water pool, patio, and brick fire pit will be your favorite living, dining, and entertainment space. Splash the day away in the pool. The outdoor dining table seats up to 6. The garage has been converted into a game area with an extra drink fridge.
