Prime location in Village Des Pines Complex with private backyard views from screened in lanai. 2 bdrm/2 bath split floor plan spacious villa with vaulted living room ceilings. Nicely decorated and turn-key furnished, end unit with washer and dryer inside and plenty of closet space. 2 bedrooms sleep 4 plus additional 2 sleeper sofas in the living room for maximum up to 6 people. 1 car garage and 1 parking spot on driveway in front of the garage.
Village Des Pines is park like setting complex with lakes and mature pine trees, located just minutes from well known, powder sand Siesta Key Beach - voted repeatedly the best beach in USA. This community features oversized heated Pool, Jacuzzi, 2 lighted Tennis courts, Basketball court, Shuffle board, Putting green and Picnic area with Grills plus Club house with Pool table, full size kitchen and Party room.
Westfield shopping mall with 140 stores, restaurants, Movie complex and the famous Legacy Trail (walking, jogging, biking or rollerblading) is just around the corner.
There are over 30 Championship Golf Courses in Sarasota! Arts and Cultural attractions: Ringling Museum of Art, Sarasota Opera House, and Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, galleries in downtown, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens.
Visit Myakka State Park where you can rent bikes or canoes or just go hiking or drive to Orlando (2 hour drive)to visit Disney.
A 30 minute drive to Ellenton's Prime Outlet mall with 130 designer outlet stores e.g. (Coach, Jones New York, Liz Claiborne Calvin Klein).

Wonderful Property for a get away

Very comfortable and spacious. Very responsive property manager. Nice pool and tennis courts. Near stores, restaurants, and Sierra Key.

Hello, we truly appreciate all comments and notes our guests leave on this review site, but would prefer to hear of those when they occur or when guests find out during their stay, so we are given the opportunity to response and take care of the repair right away. Since Robert's stay - the guest bath light has already been repaired and the icemaker just needed a defrost, the line was frozen. We will forward to comment about lanai to owners and follow up on that. Property Manager Monika

Good stay

Location and size of condo was good, bed comfortable. Only down side was beach chairs and umbrellas were awful (rusty and/or broken). During our stay there was an ant infestation but the property manager promptly got an exterminator to take care of the problem.

Quiet and cozy place.

We had a great time at this beautiful place. Easy communication and fast response. Clean & cozy, and not far from the beach. I strongly recommend this place.

Booked this for a house hunting trip in the Sarasota area. The location is great and the villa had everything we needed to relax at the end of the day.

Beautiful villa

We stayed for 3 weeks and it was the most relaxing vacation.. the villa is absolutely beautiful and very clean and very quiet .. pool and hot tub were amazing .. close to all amenities and a short ride to siesta key beach .. a big thank you to monika she was very helpful and informative.. would definitely go back!!
