Rehoboth Vacation

This property was a great choice for me and my family while vacationing in Rehoboth beach. It was spacious, clean, it was ready when it was supposed to be, the community was friendly & quite and it was in close proximity to the beach. I would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Rehoboth beach.

Perfect fit for our family!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was located on a circle with numerous family members, so perfect for us. Due to a car emergency it was necessary for us to extend our stay....both owners and Realty company flexible and accommodating. We are hoping to rent this unit again next year! Grateful for the owners.

Perfect for our group!

We had 5 adults with us and we stayed here comfortably. We aren’t used to bringing our own linens but a quick run to walmart work out well. One of the beds upstairs wasn’t very comfortable for a couple but could be great for kids or a solo person. Garage with beach goodies was a plus. The AC wasn’t turned on so it was hot when we arrived but it cooled by the late evening. We’d love to work with this property again, thanks for having us!

Property is very dated and furniture and carpet very dirty. Location was very good and convenient. Beds were uncomfortable and should offer a king. Place is in need of remodel.

about the pool and tennis courts...

The house itself was great, just what we needed - a good size with parking, a nice yard area, a garage with beach items, lots of games and puzzles... however, the listing stating that there is an onsite pool and tennis court is somewhat misleading - the facility is a public facility that anyone can pay to access and it's located across the street. There is no special access to the courts, the fee is $** (not allowed to say the exact rate here apparently) an hour to play (but, the worker was kind enough to let us know that there are free courts at the High School up the street!). You can have 4 passes to the pool (not super helpful since our party was of 7), but that information is not easily accessible anywhere, I only found out because I emailed the listing agent to ask about it. Overall, we will stay closer to the beach next time, since this didn't really have the amenities we were looking for.

Nice place - Not for families with kids

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property fit our needs and was very well stocked. 3 Crane, had 3 issues: First, was that there is nowhere to sit outdoors unless you sit in the garage / driveway. The front porch only had room for 1 chair and there is nowhere to sit outback as there is no patio or deck. I assume this is due to the HOA. Second issue was that the house upon entry smelled for the first 24 hours of rotten trash since you must place the trash bin inside the garage upon leaving if its not a trash pickup day. Third, we inquired regarding the pool for the complex upon renting the property, we were advised there was a pool available for an additional fee but we were never notified that the place where the pool is had a fire back in January. This was only disclosed to us when we went to pay the fee for passes closer to our rental time, that is when we found out and it was too late to cancel and find another rental. Most families would need access to a pool in July when it's 90+ degrees out. Managing company should be upfront when something affects the stay at the property location.

Lewes Townhouse

Easy rental process through realty company. Nice 3 bedroom townhouse in a quiet location with a short drive to shopping / restaurants and surrounding beaches. I don't believe there's an on-site pool in East complex where townhouse is located, but there is a private pool in the West complex across the street (fees required).

Beach getaway

Each booking and checkout. Ok size property- kitchen amenities fine, furniture and bedding old and dated. Terrible smell in the garage. The outdoor porch needs to be aired out.
