Bright and beachy newly renovated 4-bedroom, 1.5 bath (plus outdoor shower) single family home just a brisk 10 minute walk to the beach! A wonderful Ocean City vacation spot (In the Gold Coast section) that is great for families who are looking for a beach getaway. This beach bungalow offers old charm with all brand-new amenities (kitchen, appliances, furniture, bathrooms, dual split air conditioner and heater, two smart tvs)! It features an indoor front porch and a large deck - perfect for morning coffee or afternoon happy hour. This house is clean, nicely decorated and offers all of the conveniences of home. Rear driveway parking is available for 3-4 cars plus street parking. Conveniently located close to several restaurants, Wawa, Acme, ice cream store and a bike rental shop. Short 10 minute drive to the boardwalk.

Cozy Beach Cottage Excellence

Our family made this home our own for 8 glorious weeks. It had everything we needed. Meghan’s home is clean and well decorated. It’s truly charming. It was also a pleasure to work with Meghan. She’s professional and responsive. We hope to return.

Great Stay

Meghan was the ideal host, from the booking process all the way through check out. She responded to any questions immediately and made sure we had everything we needed, even checking in a couple times through text to make sure we were all good. The house itself was very welcoming and comfortable. I recommend searching out the book of pictures in the living room to see all the work that Meghan put into the house. The house is well within walking distance of the beach, even for us as we have two young kids (3 and 4 years old) and close to plenty of food options you may want during your stay. The outdoor shower was a big plus. My family loved our beach week and we were sad to go.

Family Favorite

We’ve stayed at many OCNJ rental properties over the years but this house tops our list! The property was extremely clean, beautifully decorated, and comfortably furnished. We enjoyed Meghan’s album with photos showing the work that went into remodeling this adorable home. The convenience of having a washer and dryer, private outdoor shower, and cozy deck out back were really appreciated. Having linens and towels provided made for easier packing too. The kitchen was equipped with Keurig, toaster over, and high quality stainless steel LG dishwasher, oven/cooktop, microwave, and French door refrigerator with bottom refrigerator. There was room for the family to spread out, but also room enough for us to comfortably gather together for meals and playing board games. The “garage” was a great surprise. The spec had been had been transformed into a comfortable beach themed family room with ship lath walls, large flatscreen TV, wine refrigerator, and French doors opening onto a private deck where we enjoyed our morning coffee each day. The house is in a safe neighborhood, 2 blocks from the bay , and a<10 minute walk to the ocean. This felt more like a private home than a beach rental. We had a fantastic stay at Meghan’s beach house and would love to return again.

A memorable vacation

This property was the perfect place for our party of eleven. Very clean and well maintained. The front porch became a favorite spot for of our granddaughters. Our grandsons loved the garage with the big screen TV. Overall, this was a memorable vacation.

The Best Family Reunion

Four cousins rented this beautiful beach cottage for a long awaited family reunion, and the opportunity for two sisters to return to Ocean City where they had summered as children nearly fifty years ago. The house was immaculate, welcoming and well equipped for all of us to enjoy meals, relax and sleep comfortably. Beautifully decorated with a screened in porch, back deck and spacious outdoor shower, we all had our own private bedroom and plenty of common space to enjoy friends who visited. Proximity to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and grocery stores made our stay easy and stress free. We hope to book this beach cottage again next year and begin a new family tradition in Ocean City.

The home is very clean and beautifully decorated.

We had a wonderful stay at this house. The kitchen is beautiful and well equipped. The bedrooms are spacious with very comfortable beds. We can’t wait to go back.
