The property has all the amenities you want and an amazing location right in the Village. The process was very easy from check-in to check-out.

Great place

The unit and property were clean and well maintained. While the check in/ getting keys was just a bit confusing, or stay was wonderful! Perfect for a nice little retreat!

Perfect location to ski

Overall, the place was very good for two adults.Listing states that it sleeps five which it technically does, but if you have a lot of ski boots and gear and such, it would be quite tight to have more than two adults. The location was amazing with such an easy walk to shops, restaurants, and the river run gondola.

Perfect location

The condo was in a great spot near the River Run gondola and shops and restaurants. It was comfortable and had all basics needed for a weekend stay. Communication with property manager was easy.

Perfect spot to ski from

This place was perfect! So convenient to the ski slopes, with amenities and a perfectly laid out space. We had plenty of room for all of us to hang out and sleep comfortably. They were really flexible in allowing us to keep our car in the garage a few more hours too!

Great spot and value!

Great location in River Run and the unit had everything we could need. The management company was super easy to contact especially when I needed to get back into the unit after checking out because of sunglasses left. This is the second time I’ve booked a place with this management company Keystone and have been impressed each time!

Awesomeness 40th!!!

Fantastic for my 40th. The short walk to the gondola made things supper nice!! We enjoyed the pool table, sauna, & jacuzzis!!! We did have a false fire alarm go off one night but things happen. Luckily everyone & everything was ok!! will be staying again @ some point.

What more could you ask for!!!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us. Comfortable furniture. A kitchen table to play games when not skiing. Well stocked kitchen. Short walk to gondola. Ski storage, heated garage parking space.

The worst place I’ve stayed.Would not recommend.Shower broken,bath mat gross,paint peeling off,outlets don’t work,humidifier,microwave doesn’t work,glued coffee cups in the kitchen,kitchen doors broken, elevator doesn’t work more than half of the time,jacuzzi-ppl having sex and no one is doing anything about it.For extra towels,tissues and toilet paper, you have to go across the street to the office building and it’s not available when you need it.I hope you paint the picture.

Had we been notified sooner, our on-site team would have been more than happy to address any maintenance, housekeeping, or supply concerns right away to improve your experience. Regarding additional supplies, our guest services office is conveniently located across the street and is open daily from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. to assist with extra towels, tissues, and other essentials. The concerns about the elevator and jacuzzi involve common areas managed by the HOA and are outside of our direct control, but we will be sharing your feedback with building management. We regret that your stay did not meet expectations and appreciate you taking the time to share your comments, as they help us improve for future guests.

Beautiful winter getaway

Shuttles into the center and around mountain were easily accessible. Covered parking was ideal and additional parking was $25 for overnight in lot directly in front of building.

Our second time at this rental

The property is just as listed. The only thing I would encourage the owner to change is the bathtub faucet. I was afraid that it would come off one time. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay.

Spring Ski Trip
