THE SPLASH-WINDSONG Unit #307 is a 2.5 bedroom/2 bathroom unit with bunks and a queen sleeper sofa. This condo is on the 3rd floor of the east tower. BOTH MASTERS BEDROOMS HAVE KING BEDS AND ARE BALCONY SIDE!

THE WATER PARK, LAZY RIVER, and TODDLER SPLASH PAD, make this one of the most unique rental properties in Panama City Beach. Full FITNESS CENTER is available to all adult guests. POOLSIDE Bar and Grill offer great drinks and delicious food choices.

SLEEPS 8: Unit 307 has 2 true master bedrooms that each have KING beds and access to the beach side balcony. There are BUNK BEDS in an alcove area, and a QUEEN sleeper sofa in the living room that also has access to the beach side balcony.

ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:
* Max 8 guests - Minimum age 25 for all unmarried renters
* Check-in is 4:00 p.m. and Check-out is 10 a.m. Central Time
* Splash 307E is a no pet, non-smoking condominium
* One time $35 registration fee payable to Splash Resort upon registration, covers parking for one vehicle and arm bands. Additional fee for 2nd vehicle.
* Please be aware that this is a non-smoking resort. Anyone caught smoking anywhere on the property will face eviction and loss of rent and deposit.

Overall stay was great. Seemed like the air conditioning in this unit never was able to catch up but other than that we have no complaints.

the ac in closet made it difficult to sleep in bunk beds bc of a screeching noise. i was u aboe to find clean bedding for sofa pull out. the sliding door off living room lock was broken. with smaller kids would have loved for it to lock.

We enjoyed our stay. Being on the 3rd floor was super convenient and the condo was very beautiful. Only thing was the air not working AT ALL. We all slept with balcony doors open just to have some air moving, but the temp outside was as hot as it was inside. The fans in the bathrooms only blew hot air.

Picture perfect!

We stayed in Vycki’s unit with our 6 year old granddaughter for the 2 weeks of her Spring Break. The condo is exactly as pictured on the site. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the bright cheerful color scheme as it is the perfect choice for a kid centered vacation. The view from the balcony was spectacular and the resort itself was exactly what we had hoped for. We enjoyed the beach chairs provided for our stay and the kind assistance of the staff in adjusting the umbrellas. Without exception I would recommend a stay at Splash! and we look forward to a return stay with Vycki.

Beautiful, Comfortable, and Great Location

Everything was great. The owner is easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. The condo is nice with comfortable beds, couch and chairs. Love how spacious it was. No complaints!

This is our second trip to Splash, this unit was great, just as pictured. I appreciated the little details like nice, clean furniture, and plenty of extra blankets, towels, and dish-ware. I would love to come back again.

Amazing unit

We had a great time at Splash. Condo was fantastic and so much space for all of us and all ages from 5-47. Beach was amazing but then during the storms kids could play at splash water park and adults could sit poolside and enjoy The bar and grille. Kitchen was well equipped and used the full fridge to its fullest on the hot days. Can’t wait to come back next year.

This is one of those deals where you don't want to leave a review because you want to keep this secret to yourself, haha! This condo is by far the best my family and I have ever vacationed in. I can't brag enough to give this place justice! We will be back!!

Fabulous Stay

Our family had a fabulous time in this unit. The unit was very roomy and clean. The younger ones not only loved the beach but also the splash pad. It was nice to have two chaises and an umbrella included already and set up each morning. The unit was super quiet. The owner was very informative with details on the check-in process and all other necessary information. I highly recommend this unit.

Great week at Splash

Our family had a great time this week at Splash Resort. The condo was clean and comfortable. Even though we brought some kitchen cookware in case we needed them, the condo had everything. Only one small complaint. There was only 1 roll of toilet paper for each bathroom. 6 adults for 6 days, not enough so we bought a couple rolls. Will definitely book again.

Winter Getaway

Overall a great unit to stay in. We were off season so most amenities at resort were not open or were not staffed. We sort of knew that going in. The condo itself was nice and a great view from the balcony. There were a few issues we experienced during our stay, such as clothes dryer failed and freezer door wouldn't properly close and seal. Due to holiday timeframe, there were no repair places that could service during our stay. More of an inconvenience than anything and we worked around things well enough. Vycki was very responsive to any questions we had and very easy to work with.

It is always nice to look out and see the beautiful beach! We also enjoy being able to bypass the elevator and use the stairs being on the third floor. The kids enjoy the bunk beds and the beach. All in all, a good week!
