Perfect Vacation Spot

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our stay was incredible. The pictures on website does not do it justice. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The condo was very clean. The pools were also clean. Other reviews complained about the elevators, we had no problems at all, elevators were no more than a 5 min wait time. Staff was friendly. The candy/ice cream store was a very nice added bonus. My 8 yr old granddaughter loved it. Will definitely stay here again and would 100% recommend to friends and family.

The room was gorgeous. Very spacious and well appointed. The kitchen had everything we wanted (except a teapot, which we're used to). The chair service was a bonus that we REALLY appreciated. The pools were great, but it would have been nice if the lazy river had been heated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The property was great! Beautiful view. Could have used extra toilet paper and garbage bags but those were the only downside.

Don’t book with this company or at Splash Resort! If you’ve booked already - cancel. The moment we saw the amenities and walked in the room, I knew we weren’t going to have a good trip. The beds in the room weren’t made. No sheets or pillow cases. The AC wasn’t working. The Roku’s in the bedrooms didn’t work. The fridge was set to almost 50 and the freezer was set high too. The amenities are terrible. I’ve been to Splash before and had a good time, but it is so run down now. The pools are dirty and falling apart all around the sides. There are practically no floaties for the lazy river (the ones they do have are deflated). The splash pad and waterpark were closed and I wasn’t notified. They were playing vulgar music with cussing and sex topics (family hotel??). And it’s just plain dirty with a TERRIBLE big problem. But the worst part is the host supervisors are impossible to speak with on the phone - they refuse. You can only speak to them on the VRBO chat or email. And they do not respond quickly at all. I begged them immediately at check-in to let us leave and refund us for the remainder of the trip so we could find any other place (it’s that bad). But they did not care. They weren’t willing to work with me at all. They had someone bring sheets but didn’t fix another single problem. They flat out ignored me after that. Would not respond. I’m not exaggerating. These are terrible people, and it’s a terrible resort. Do not stay here!!!!

Great views - got to watch dolphin - highlight for me!!! Room and balcony clean and comfortable. Grounds and pools well maintained. Staff very friendly and helpful. Good communication with information through the whole process. Would definietely stay here again.

This was our first time staying in Panama City Beach. We had a wonderful experience. Our condo was amazing..very roomy, beautifully decorated, very comfortable. Everything imaginable was provided: crockpot, instapot, blender, all kitchen items, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella-prepaid. That alone is a 50.00 a day savings. The beds were so comfortable. I slept so well. The hosts were outstanding, very friendly, easy to work with, even when I left my phone in my room and had to call after hours to get our code. (Sorry!!) The view from the 11th floor was perfect. We saw stingrays, sharks, dolphins playing. The gulf water was beautiful. Splash Resort is a great place to bring family. Pools, hot tub, splash pad so entertaining for little ones. All the staff were so friendly. What a great environment. Thank you to all..we will definately be back.

Great condo!

We all enjoyed our stay. Condo was very clean and in a great location. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything you need. The kids loved the pool and splash pad area. Definitely recommend!

Spring Break 2023

If you are looking for a nice family vacation this is your place! The condo was very clean, beautiful view of the beach and had all of the essentials you need! Easy access to the beach, the choice of pools for all ages of kids is amazing and the drink and food bar is so convenient.

The condo was great! Loved the layout. Had a problem with the door code changing before 10:00 checkout but was fixed upon calling the host agency. The elevator waits were the only drawback (during peak hours anyway). A great place for kids & enjoyed the free round of golf. Would recommend for families with young children

A view in every room!

Beautiful unit with an ocean view from every room. Very spacious and worked perfectly for our family that included both grandparents, parents, and grandchildren.

The pictures really do not do this condo justice! This condo was super spacious and very beautiful!! It was clean with a lot more amenities such as coffee pot with keurig, an instant pot, and crock pot. It was just a really amazing place to stay and I would absolutely come back! The only complaint was the elevators always being super horrible to catch for lengthy times but that a resort issue, not a condo issue.
