RI family time

Location was great, loved walking the Back Cove Bike Trail. Close to downtown but still in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Our only difficulty was that I did not realize the 3 floor configuration and had 2 disabled family members with us. We made it work and had a great time.

Family getaway stay

House had 4 bedrooms across three floors for whole family. Was clean and had baby gates for stairs which was great. Dog friendly as well with fenced in backyard. Good location in nice neighborhood for a getaway.

Great Spot

This was a great neighborhood spot to stay in! We enjoyed walking along the cove and the space was comfortable, bright, and clean!

Great visit

This place was perfect for our family. Clean, safe, plenty of space, and very close to everything Portland has to offer. We would definitely come back.

Great Location, plenty of space

Great location and property with plenty of space for getting together with friends. Lovely coffee shop within easy walking distance, and close to the trail along the water. Less than 10 minute drive to downtown Portland. Great overall stay!

Great place to stay

This 3 level home with 1.5 bath fit our 10 guests perfectly for a bachelorette. It is a close ride to breweries and beaches. Host was very responsive.

Comfortable house in good location

It was a comfortable house in a nice neighborhood. Entry was keyless and painless. Owner was helpful and very friendly. Location was ideal for the events of the long weekend. One shower was a bit rough for our party of seven as we had three separate households together, but we worked it out. The half bath on the top floor was helpful. Overall a great experience!!

New family tradition

Spent a few nights with the extended family, my three littles and a couple dogs. Great experience and good location, the common areas made for some memorable family time after our busy days. Definitely recommend!!

Spacious and relaxing

This apartment is awesomely laid out, with ample space for 2-3 families to unwind and relax together (or to branch out separately). Quick drive into downtown Portland. Will definitely rebook if we're in the area, and will happily recommend to larger groups headed to the Portland.

Good experience

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s property. Plenty of clean towels and accurate listing. Coffee machine was broken and dishes were in the dishwasher, but no major complaints. Great communication from start to finish. Thank you Michael! Portland is fabulous.

Fun weekend in Portland

We enjoyed our stay. The house was in a very convenient location for a variety activities; you could walk to the back bay trail, get into town easily and walk to a get coffee or grab a quick bite.

Maine Weekend

The home was clean, spacious, modern and comfortable for our entire family. We enjoyed the large kitchen and dining area as well as the four bedrooms. It was close to downtown Portland, beaches and our friends in Freeport. The owner was very accommodating. Hope to return for another getaway weekend.

Overall Good

Really liked the location and close proximity to back cove. Check in was super easy and appreciated the quiet neighborhood. Shower needs some cleaning and the kitchen floor had not been swept but otherwise the space worked very well for our family.
