-The beach house is located on 226 Norman Court in Normandy Beach which is a
small family beach community
- The house is located on at the end of a cul-de-sac.
- Sleeps up to 10.
- There are 2 king beds, 2 queen beds and 2 twin beds
- There are skylights in the two of the bedroom
- 2 bathrooms and an outdoor shower (hot & cold).
- The kitchen has stainless steel appliances including a dishwasher.
- Heart pine hardwood floors throughout house.
- Large capacity, front loader washer and dyer (gas) in the kitchen
- Large wrap around composite deck with deck furniture and a propane weber grill
- Located on the bayside of the island which is 2 blocks to the beach.
- High efficient CA/C system.
- High speed wireless internet and family basic cable.
- We provide mattress pads, pillows, comforters but not bed sheets or towels due to Covid

Great stay

This was a perfect house for our family get together. The house was well furnished with everything we needed and Bill promptly responded to any questions we had. We all agreed that we will return to this house for our next reunion.

Picture perfect!

We were so pleasantly surprised when we arrived at Bill's house. The location is better than we'd imagined from the pictures alone, as the house is surrounded on two sides by water, and just a short walk to a spectacular beach. Appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the access to a kayak and paddle boards, and the very comfortable beds. You will not be disappointed if you book a stay!

Lovely house

We rented this house in September - the weather was gorgeous, less people around. It was lovely. We loved that the house had 2 family rooms and enough bedrooms to go around. We spent the mornings drinking our coffee on the deck. We had 2 families in the house, and everyone felt like they had enough room - some working remotely while other on complete vacation time. Owner replied promptly with questions. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful home on the water .

We enjoyed our stay at Bill's house. The house was clean and welcoming with water views from the wrap around deck. Plenty of room for the 10 of us to spread out and be comfortable.

Family vacation 9/4-11/2021

Large, beautiful house. The wraparound deck and view was awesome! The location was convenient to stores and restaurants. Hopefully, we will be back next year!

Great home and location!

Lovely home with a great outdoor space right next to the water. Large kitchen which was great as more than one person can cook and spacious bedrooms. Bill was great throughout the trip. Would stay again!

LOVE this house

We had a great week at Normandy. The house was perfect for us. We are a family of cooks and enjoyed the big kitchen for making meals. Then we ate on the back patio by the bay. It was a dream vacation for my family. Also of note: the beds were comfy and I loved the outdoor shower. Bill was great to communicate with and got us everything we needed. I hope to return soon.

Amazing Time

This was my first time using VRBO and so glad I found Bill as he made it very easy and accommodated me and my family for the week. The house is in an awesome location and was perfect for us.
